Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Dalat

We stayed in a family bungalow at the Zen Valley Hotel for two nights. We have chosen this hotel based on good reviews, one of the reasons for choosing it was the spa with sauna and steam bath. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm, after a flight from Da Nang. Upon arrival, we have been informed that most of the staff are infected with the Covid virus, so the kitchen is only open until 2 pm, and that the spa, sauna, massage are out of order and will remain closed durring our entire stay. When we explained that the above was quite a problem for us, that we had chosen the hotel based on the services they offer and that we would have expected at least prior notification of the current situation, on which they understandably cannot influence, they offered us a refund, as the hotel was already paid a month ago for both nights. Considering the late hour, we really didn't want to look for another hotel so we didn't decide to do so. and we stay. However we had a very bad feeling the whole stay. Covid has been a problem for more than two years for all of us, we understand the situation, but it is still not OK that there is a staff at the reception who looks sick. Even otherwise, with rare exceptions, the staff at this hotel is not exactly satisfied, the bungalows are otherwise beautiful, clean with a wonderful view, the breakfast is exceptional. But that's all from our point of view. We have been traveling all over Vietnam for 14 days so far and this was the first hotel that we left unsetisfied.

After a few nights of hindering, the noisy city life of Da Lat, With car alarms and karaoke going through the night, It was delightful get away from the city. I’ve been to the hills with some very nice places to see and eat with a short walk.

Stayed there a couple of nights in January 2021 and have no complaints whatsoever. The hotel is quite new and our room is clean and functional and the staff are super friendly. We elicited the help of a hotel staff (I think her name is Tran Anh) to help us book a limo bus to Mui Ne and we couldn't be more thankful when she went out of her way to find us alternatives when our ride got cancelled last minute. Very satisfied with our stay especially considering the very reasonable price (which includes a decent breakfast of pho or banh mi). It is a bit of a distance from the city center but with a scooter it wasn't a big deal for us to ride 5 minutes into town for food and shopping. Thank you Canary Dalat for a great stay!

Perhaps it was down to our room choice or allocation, not sure, but all I would say is noise noise noise! I appreciate that this is due to guests rather than the hotel itself, but the staff did not seem to notice or do anything to limit the noise from guests especially early in the morning or late at night. We booked the cheapest room with no window or built in air conditioning (although there was a fan, not that we needed it) and got a room on the ground floor, not far from reception. To be fair the room was nice, looked fairly new, although the bed was extremely extremely firm (much to my husbands disliking). The bathroom was grand although it took sometime for the water to heat up and with no shower screen everything gets soaked. It's in a good spot about 10 mins walk to the lake and about 15 mins walk to the night market. It's got plenty of eateries near, just a shame about the noise. The receptionist was able to organise a taxi to Dalat airport after ours fell through at very short notice, thank you. If you choose to stay I would suggest requesting a room on the top floor, otherwise look for alternative accommodation as you are unlikely to get a good nights sleep.

Địa điểm tốt để lưu trú trong nội thành Đà Lạt với giá cả hợp lý. Tuy nhiên các dịch vụ bên trong rất ổn và sạch sẽ. Đã quay lại nhiều lần và dịch vụ vẫn rất tốt. Quán cà phê bên trong quán nhỏ nhỏ nhưng mang lại cảm giác rất bình yêu, phù hợp để làm việc online hoặc lưu trú dài ngày

The hotel looks very new. Spacious room with big window, comfortable bed, modern facilities. There is daily housekeeping. Great location, close to cafe, restaurants. Within walking distance from the hotel to the lake and night market. Good breakfast with a range of options. Staff is friendly. Excellent service, highly recommend!

I’m so satisfied with my stay! Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel. Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition). Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove). Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.
