This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Merperle Dalat Hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I don’t say that lightly. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back, and next time, I’ll bring even more people with me, because it was simply incredible. The quality of cleanliness and properties inside hotel room is high, with noticeable care from the housekeeping with small detail when they set up their amenities. Even though the hotel was very crowded with tourist group, we were still amazed by how hospitable and caring their staff treated us throughout our stay I would like to give an honorable mention to the amazing reception team that made this stay so special. These are my personal favorites, but I also want to thank the entire staff at Merperle Dalat. You all contributed to making this stay unforgettable.

My second time visit. This hotel does not disappoint me as always. Kind services, peaceful environment, clean facilities etc. When I go to the downtown, it's very easy to take taxi. They are waiting us almost every chance when we need. Anyway this hotel is the place I choose whenever I visit DALAT.

I enjoyed my 4-night stay at Nature Hotel, 8A Nam Ky. It was just the type of accommodation I was seeking for. Central location. Clean room with modern fittings. All the staff at the Reception spoke good English and were extremely helpful. There are lots of F&B options at the doorstep of the hotel. The Dalat Night Market is just about 5 mins walk away.

土日に銀行が閉まっており、両替できなくて困っていたら、フロントの女性が親切に手助けしてくださいました。おかげでオプショナルツアーの支払いができました。タクシーの予約やツアーの手配も確実でした。朝食のビュッフェも4日間、少しずつ変化があり、美味しくいただきました。どのスタッフもにこやかで親切でした。市場や観光地も徒歩で行け、近くにレストランも多く良い立地のホテルでコスパが良いと思います。ダラットの旅がこのホテルのおかげで、素晴らしいものとなりました。

We had an absolutely amazing time at Dalat Edensee. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. I have a plan with 4 nights at Dalat Edensee and I had stayed mimosa deluxe room for 2 night. Guest service agent ought to be commended for his excellent service that lead to us deciding to upgrade to #152 camellia junior suite, the best lake view room. Overall, I had a great experience with the Dalat Edensee; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for feeling refreshed and relaxed.

cuối tuần vừa rồi mình và bà xã đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời ở nơi đây. resort nằm giữa rừng thông sát bên bờ hồ Tuyền Lâm ,không khí ở đây thật sự tuyệt vời , trong lành, yên tĩnh, đặc biệt ở đây có khu vui chơi ngoài trời cho các bé . Nói chung gia đình mình rất ưng ý sẽ quay lại lần nữa

AAwilumThe hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.
