Located close to ancient city, And about 20 mins walk to the terminal station of Dali Shuttle Bus (red bus) that takes you around Erhai. Lots of food options nearby. Owners were kind and friendly, always checked with us whether we needed water and toilet paper everyday when we returned. (They don't do daily housekeeping unless you request) There's a mobile food cart downstairs that sells grilled drumsticks, 销魂鸡腿 - super good!! Hand-grilled by a man.

Pro : very friendly owners, allowed to check in early after we explain our situation. We're so tired after the night flight. Very big room with wifi. Very near to the old town n easy to get food n walk around. Con : have to walk up stairs n not suitable for those who have problem of walking up stairs. a bit noisy at night.

Innkeeper Liu and wife are very good, hospitable, helpful and have fast response. The inn provided a list of recommended restaurants nearby. The Inn is 1 year old and getting better with time. Good location inside Dali old city 5 min walk from the east gate, and 10min by motorised tricycle to Erhai. There are no stairs in this inn. The family room bathroom is a little awkward but the other room bathrooms are very modern and clean. The air-conditioning, bed linen and beds are good. There is a good amount of glazing but no openable windows so we kept the door open whenever we were in. The inn is homey and safe. The neighbours sing karaoke but this is part of the China experience, as are the neon lights across the street. Enjoy that along with the beautiful views of the mountain from your room.

A very cozy and clean hotel run by a wonderful couple. Owner helped us with our luggages. Strategically located, reachable by car, near restaurants and ancient town. Owner prepared tour info for all guests too. Highly recommended.

The service was very good. One thing in the room needed repair, and they repaired it immediately.

Hosts are really very friendly. Upon arrival, host gave information on how to explore Dali as well. Which is great for travelers that have not book much of their activities yet.

It's a family run business and I felt very welcoming immediately. I arrive before the check-in time, as I couldn't check in yet so I wanted to go and visit some attraction. The lady boss passed me some local snack and bottle of water for free! They rent e-bike in their property as well, it's fairly priced and very convenient to go around the oldtown and also to Erhai. Location of the hotel is right at the east gate main street of the old town, very convenient to go around both old town and the lake. The room is very comfortable, I had problem using the WiFi at first and the boss immediately help me fix it and it all worked again. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel a lot.
