I strongly recommend this hotel ! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is fantastic. My wife loves this place, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We were happy and relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel reception and staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service.

Amazing hotel at a perfect location, with a great room with an even greater view. Extraordinary guest service and after-service by Soraya. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, it is close to train station. The attractions old town and east side of lake are further. The gym and amenities are beautiful, breakfast was delicious, we appreciated the cookies from Mona, excellent service.

Travel with big families and lucky to choose the pullman hotel which has convenient locations, accessible to most of the attractions near the erhai lake. The hotel is very new with fabulous lake view to enjoy the erhai and also xing sheng bridge . We dined in twice for dinner at level 5 grand Chinese restaurant. The food quality is above average and price reasonable with additional 10% off for hotel guests.

I have been serviced by Pullman Hotel in Dali for 2 nights. I am very impressed by the service of the staff, especially Mr. Edison. On the day I arrived, my luggage was broken. He was able to advise me where I could buy a new one, and he also took care of my luggage and brought it to my room when the room was ready. He always informed me and took good care of me. The other staffs were also very helpful. They are able to communicate with me well, and provided other services, such as breakfast, called a taxi to my destination, opened and shut the car's door for me. It showed a lot of care. I was very impressed. If I come to visit here again, I will definitely choose Pullman Hotel.

Very comfort stay , the room is spacious and clean , very helpful front desk . During I check in the front desk help to upgrade the room , maybe this is not the peak season

The stay experience is very good, this hotel is very good, and our butler Susie service is also great.

We had 3 persons staying in one room but everything in the bathroom has only 2.This is despite reminding t them that we need to have 3 sets.

What’s more, Yucong further demonstrated his interdisciplinary awareness through achieving his amazing academic projects during my Database Management course. To be more specific, he performed data selection, aggregation and further manipulation on a financial big dataset. In this real world project, he has demonstrated his solid understanding of relational and non-relational database system and its application in dynamic financial market. What I need to mention is that he researched several cutting-edge computational mathematics papers, which reached a high level in terms of academic writing, practicality, and professionalism, which won my high recognition.

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Bring swim suit!!! They have an indoor swimming pool at 28Deg :) bring exercise wear, their gym equipment is amazing! Go to 25th floor to take pictures. Choose lake view for a relaxing sight. The hotel is nice! Staff did their best to hold the image of Pullman. Take Didi (car hailing) everywhere you go. It is quite affordable.

Awesome view of Erhai lake. Wonderful service and thanks to Coco for the great hospitality. Will definitely stay here again!

Very enjoyable stay. Good amenities and services. So cool encountering the robot who sent our food to our door step. Edison and colleagues is very thought and helpful, they are able to help with our queries and constantly check on us.
