All good, very good service, nice rooms, quiet, in a noce area not too far from the centre.

Can’t complain place was great Everyone was lovely too

The bathroom smelled horrible. I can’t even describe… I stayed for only one night, and i really needed to sleep, so I just owned it, but it was not that nice of an experience. On the other hand, everything else was top!

Not worthy . It’s not a 4 stars hotel as advertised . The room furniture is degraded . Would not recommend

The location is well situated in the city and the service is very good.

The stay was fuss free, the hotel was great in terms of service and room quality. The hotel location is also accessible!

Good hotel, big and clean rooms. Reception people are friendly. You can grab free apple or orange from restaurant at ground floor. Hotel is in a different neighbourhood which is bit modern and historic lisbon.

While the rooms were neat and the hotel's location is convenient for shopping, I wouldn't consider it a true 4-star experience given the cramped hallways and inadequate space in the standard room. The cleaning staff's constant noisy chatter early hours in the morning in the hallways and the reception staff's unfriendly demeanor left a lot to be desired. If I was the owner I would sack all your staff and get more friendly, more professional and friendlier staff in...I won't be willing to pay 4-star prices for this hotel in the future.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was an excellent size and was always cleaned to a high standard. We experienced a few issues with the room itself including the aircon which the hotel did deal with. I’d like to review this hotel higher however we had to contact trip to refund one of the nights due to these issues..

Beautiful room and lobby. Enjoyed the stay there.

Quiet, but central location. The room was squeaky clean, and the staff was always helpful.
