1. Hotel ini terletak di pusat bandar Dali, kurang 3 kilometer dari stesen kereta api. Ia terletak di sebelah Taman Erhai. Pergi ke Bandar Purba Dali di sebelah kiri, Tiga Pagoda Kuil Chongsheng, Kolam Guanyin, Dermaga Longkan.. dan berjalan di sebelah kanan ke Shuanglang, Menggali, Little Putuo... Lokasinya sangat baik, perjalanan sangat mudah, dan hotel ini mempunyai banyak tempat letak kereta. 2. Menginap selama 2 hari pada 19 dan 20 Julai 2023, untuk keluar bersama keluarga. Saya memilih bilik double dengan balkoni di Bilik 527 Bangunan Baiyuan. Jumlah kos untuk dua hari itu ialah ¥2428 (tidak termasuk sarapan pagi). Saya duduk di atas kerusi toffee di balkoni.Menghadap langsung dengan pemandangan laut, anda boleh menonton pemandangan laut pada waktu pagi, menonton bintang dan bulan pada waktu malam, dan lokasinya sangat baik. 3. Jika anda tinggal selama dua malam, anda akan mendapat sepinggan buah setiap hari. 4. Bilik air dan tandas dibahagikan kepada kawasan kering dan basah. The hotel is in great location and the room has great view with a very comfortable bathroom layout (very spacious). The only thing is that the staff at check in and check out took our money. We booked 3 rooms in total and we paid in full at check in. Despite payment with credit card, the staff asked each of us to pay extra RMN1000 per room as a deposit in cash. At check out, no damage was found and they returned our deposit but all the 3 rooms only got RMB900 back. The staff could not speak English and even we could speak a little Chinese, the communication and the explanation is not understandable why we were deducted RMB100 per room total of RMB300 on top of the full payment. Other hotels will just block the credit card as deposit which is standard but when I asked if they can just use credit card that we paid to block the deposit, they said it could not be done. Moreover, when we paid RMB3000 deposit for 3 rooms, we counted RMB100 x30 to the staff. The staff took the money to another location saying they had to use the machine to count, then she came back saying there was only RMB2900. I guess she also took another RMB100 from the cash deposit. (Check in time was on April 10 at 10.30pm and check out time was on April 12 at 9.40am)

The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

My stay at the Aquarium Hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in an underwater paradise. The design of the hotel, with its floor-to-ceiling aquariums, was breathtaking. Watching vibrant marine life swim by from the comfort of my room was truly mesmerizing. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful details like soft, ocean-inspired lighting and comfortable furnishings. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the views of the underwater world made it hard to leave the room! Highlights: Mermaid show and feeding time esp for the sharks

A serene stay with amazing views. Felt as if i’m in greece. So many restaurants are nearby and the famous lomis garden is also close and the hotel offers free shuttle to the spot. The staff were so helpful and friendly and helped with my luggage. Please note that the hotel has many stairs so you would want to bring light luggage. They welcome you with an amazing fruit and snack platter.

酒店位置好，訂的海景家庭套房，直接看到洱海和西洱河。酒店很安靜，房間隔音較好。早餐一般，但是吃好沒問題。餐廳較大，早餐時間長，不顯得擁擠。步行至大理州博物館10多分鐘，到網紅打卡點的興盛大橋也衹有5分多鐘。一樓是沃爾瑪，方便購物。三樓中餐廳的米線不錯。出行打車方便。帶孩子家人度假的首選。順便說一句，疫情期間，酒店對麪就是市醫院，每天做核酸超級方便。

Had a pleasant stay. The location is in between the two old town (dali & shuang lang). It's less commercial thus ver quiet but need to travel a bit to the old towns. My client manager 杨梅 is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is also very good.

The views from this accommodation was immaculate! Peaceful vibes and many photo spots Location is about a 10 min walk from the nearest didi drop off, but staff will help to bring your luggage to and fro (remember to contact them on WeChat) Hosts are very friendly and always ensures that we are well taken care of!

It's a very nice hotel, excellent service and clean. They free upgraded me to a sea view room as we were staying for 4 nightes. Because of this, we cancelled the last night hotel somewhere which is closer to the airport and so we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights end up. We much appreciated the services provided by小趙，小宇，小王 and 小李。 We wil definitely stay again if we come to Erhai again.l
