Hotel di Cangshan Scenic Area, Dali

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

這個民宿是我帶孩子出來十天最滿意的地方，三歲不到的娃就喜歡挖沙，所以當時看到沙子馬上就定了。風格也是我喜歡的侘寂風，最驚喜的樓頂可以看到蒼山和洱海，這個民宿離蒼山很近，而且早上八點無痛樓頂看日出，昨天大家還一起過了元宵節，下次再來大理還想選這裏。 設施：吹風機是戴森的，插座面板都是西門子的，裝修不是那種隨便糊弄的。 服務：大理古城免費接送，還可以接機接站送機送站，大理的車不好打，這一點真的超值。到大理第一晚不是住在這裏，帶孩子在高鐵站打了好久的車。

It was a very amazing stay. The room was super vibes and spacious, really clean too. Location is great, it’s close to Dali Ancient City where most of the stuff are at. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and we’ve never had this level of service before. It’s really impressive! Would definitely come back again :)

盲選的一家位於喜洲的酒店，事實證明選擇很成功。 先説位置，酒店位於距離喜洲古鎮不遠的社區，離214國道也很近，交通算方便，鬧中取靜。（如果是自駕的話，就非常方便了） 整體三層七個房間，後來跟老闆聊天才知道，七個房間的名字由來是蒼山十九峯和十八溪，很文藝很浪漫。 一共住了四天，三間房，每間房都各有特色。尤其是最後一天住的芒湧，大浴缸，我女兒美美泡了個熱水澡，爽！哈哈哈哈 衞生狀況也很不錯，每天阿姨都會及時打掃。床品絕對值得一提，再就是浴巾又軟又暖和，我還專門找老闆買了一條哈哈哈哈！ 晚歸的時候有老闆煮的番茄雞蛋麪、有燒得極旺的真火壁爐、想唱歌的時候有樂隊伴奏，真是極其好的體驗。這很大理。 哦對對對，離店的時候老闆還熱情贈送一袋糙米和一塊冰箱貼～ 如果再去大理會考慮繼續入住雲弄釐！

I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service. We were impressed with the level of service, especially considering the slight language barrier. Although English was not the first language of the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or request, they were patient, friendly, and used translation tools to communicate clearly. They made us feel comfortable and valued, which is something we truly appreciate. The front desk staff even made extra effort to ensure we get the ticket to JDSM. The service was so attentive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. It's not always easy to navigate a language difference, but they turned it into a non-issue with their kindness and professionalism. Good Job.

此次大理行住的最滿意的一間民宿 老闆非常温和親切 有禮貌 我們到店時間比較晚了 老闆一家馬上準備了歡迎水果 幫忙拎行李 第二天又吃了非常豐富的早餐 且味道很贊 喜洲粑粑是當地特色 也吃到了 值得一提的是 老闆很注重細節 吹風機和床品毛巾用的都是很好的品質 使用感非常棒 連牙刷都是帶刷舌苔的雙面的 為這份細節點贊 大理民宿之光 推薦這家！

房間很新很大很乾凈，全屋智能語音控制，智能馬桶很方便，鋼琴鍵花灑水很沖。雙床房兩個床挨着，對帶小朋友的很友好。兩個管家小帥哥，服務超級熱情、貼心，話語間透着質樸！很驚喜的是早餐，可以看出來非常用心，米線，小饅頭，玉米，小菜，酸奶，咖啡……雖然不是自助，本來標間含兩份早餐，但我們三個人含一個小朋友，小哥哥提醒一定吃飽了，不夠就再來取，當然我們就按需自取，絕對不浪費，吃得又飽又好。總之各方面住得很舒適，心情超開心。離喜洲古鎮是2.1公里，打車很方便。

首先，酒店位置很好。酒店離古城大概步行20分鐘，離崇聖三塔半小時，離蒼山中和索道步行20分鐘，離木石多肉樂園步行20分鐘內，酒店有觀光車可以載到古城西門和樂園，完美避免了春節大堵車，體驗很棒。其次，酒店裝修也十分合心意，乾淨，整潔，洗漱的備品，房間的音響都很棒。同時，早餐十分豐盛，下午有下午茶，房間有免費飲料小零食。酒店服務人員態度也很好，看得出來是真的用心在做民宿的，希望越做越好，下次來大理還會選擇這家

設施：新酒店就是有性價比。第一次入住，洗手間很精緻有智能馬桶🚽，浴缸🛀🏻，泡澡袋。客房有投影布幕，床和枕頭非常舒服。 衞生：衞生很乾凈，床上沒有頭髮，衞生間沒有異味。 服務：客服會提前打電話發送地址和路線。另，有專車送去古城玩。

The owner and all the stuff are very friendly and helpful. Also, the room was very nice, cozy and big. In general it's a very beautiful hotel with nice rooftop (a coffee/ tea service there would have been great). The hotal provides free pick-up service to the entrance gate of the ancient town. It's very close to the Changchan mountain and about 20 minutes by car from the lake. Unfortunately, the neighbour house was on construction, not respecting weekends nore lunch break and there are some more walkable dining options missing.
