Ulasan Holiday Inn Dalian Hot Spring

Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived.

The hot springs are the highlight of staying here. They are very clean, well maintained and there is a large variety of outdoor hot springs to enjoy. The service from Tiny the hotel manager exceeded our expectations.

Holiday Inn Dalian hotspring is very nice. The staff is very helpful, specially Derek. He made our stay very comfortable and helped us with every detail. We booked a villa, the room was very tidy. The hotel also provided a crib for our baby. You can have access to all the pools and the kids area is also very nice. We are planning to come back again in winter.

This is a hidden gem to stay for families or for couples! We wanted our kids to enjoy being in the water even in the middle of winter and this was the perfect place. We stayed in a villa where they will fill your personal hot spring whenever needed. The public hot spring area also has huge indoor heated pools and a wonderful kids area. My children had a blast! Cleanliness and service was impecable all around. Shout out to Derek and Brain who spoke English and were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. As expected, the area around the hotel is quite dead in the winter like the amusement park and beach. Most attractions and things to do in Dalian are about 45 minutes away, so we will probably come back March- September instead.

We had an amazing time. Great place for families. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Derek in particular speaks good English and assisted with anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very polite and English speaking staff. Very nice swimming pool and open air hot spring. The buffet is also delicious. For family vacation that’s the best place at Jinshitan.

I am extremely satisfied with my choice of hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Derek spoke perfect English and added me as a contact, enabling me to contact him at any time if I needed help I had dinner at the restaurant and the kumpou chicken and twice fries pork is a must try (delicious). I wouldn't recommend the Caesar salad though. Breakfast was also very good (great variety). Staff were eager to please. I also received two daily complimentary tickets for the hot springs. Location was also good as it was within walking distance from the Hard rock Hotel and beach. Keep up the standard Dalian Holiday Inn!

The hot spring villa was worth every penny. Very nice!

The service is amazing. Everyone was nice and friendly, the junior manager Derrick even gave us his contact so we can contact him. The food is just delicious and the rooms are clean ,with everything you need. The HotSprings ,which is the reason why to go there, are amazing . Every Hotspring is special ,with specific ways it helps your body. The Pool and relaxation rooms are outta this world. I will definitely come back ,if not for everything but the service. 10 0000 stars

Overall good experience except for - Zero transparency in lucky draw on Christmas eve. No English speaking staff or announcements which was not expected from an international chain hotel. Ala-carte menu discontinued for guests in dinning on Christmas eve, only room service menu was open which had very limited items especially if someone is a vegetarian. In short, guest is indirectly forced to take buffet dinner on Christmas Eve as the weather outside is -13 degrees Celsius. Thanks
