Hotel peranginan yang sangat baik. Bayi itu sangat gembira dan tidak mahu pergi ke kolam renang air panas. Ramai orang tidak banyak orang. Ia sangat sesuai untuk musim ini. Mata air panas di halaman juga sangat selesa. Sarapan pagi juga enak. Keseluruhan perkakasannya cukup memuaskan. Perkhidmatan ini lebih menghangatkan hati. Gadis kecil yang tinggal di Carmen itu sangat lembut dan memperkenalkan banyak ibu saudara di mata air panas untuk menolong saya mencari lengan baju yang hilang. Secara umumnya, tidak mengapa sering datang dan bagus

Oleh kerana wabak itu tidak dapat keluar, saya harus pergi bersiar-siar! [Kolam air panas air panas] Terdapat kolam renang di dalam rumah, jalur renang 25 meter, suhunya sangat baik, 28-30 darjah, anda boleh berenang tanpa menyesuaikan dengan suhu air. Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived.

Good service, good location, good food, very large wet areas. Excellent place to spend with family!

The hot springs are the highlight of staying here. They are very clean, well maintained and there is a large variety of outdoor hot springs to enjoy. The service from Tiny the hotel manager exceeded our expectations.

Holiday Inn Dalian hotspring is very nice. The staff is very helpful, specially Derek. He made our stay very comfortable and helped us with every detail. We booked a villa, the room was very tidy. The hotel also provided a crib for our baby. You can have access to all the pools and the kids area is also very nice. We are planning to come back again in winter.

This is a hidden gem to stay for families or for couples! We wanted our kids to enjoy being in the water even in the middle of winter and this was the perfect place. We stayed in a villa where they will fill your personal hot spring whenever needed. The public hot spring area also has huge indoor heated pools and a wonderful kids area. My children had a blast! Cleanliness and service was impecable all around. Shout out to Derek and Brain who spoke English and were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. As expected, the area around the hotel is quite dead in the winter like the amusement park and beach. Most attractions and things to do in Dalian are about 45 minutes away, so we will probably come back March- September instead.

We had an amazing time. Great place for families. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Derek in particular speaks good English and assisted with anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very polite and English speaking staff. Very nice swimming pool and open air hot spring. The buffet is also delicious. For family vacation that’s the best place at Jinshitan.

I am extremely satisfied with my choice of hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Derek spoke perfect English and added me as a contact, enabling me to contact him at any time if I needed help I had dinner at the restaurant and the kumpou chicken and twice fries pork is a must try (delicious). I wouldn't recommend the Caesar salad though. Breakfast was also very good (great variety). Staff were eager to please. I also received two daily complimentary tickets for the hot springs. Location was also good as it was within walking distance from the Hard rock Hotel and beach. Keep up the standard Dalian Holiday Inn!

The hot spring villa was worth every penny. Very nice!

The service is amazing. Everyone was nice and friendly, the junior manager Derrick even gave us his contact so we can contact him. The food is just delicious and the rooms are clean ,with everything you need. The HotSprings ,which is the reason why to go there, are amazing . Every Hotspring is special ,with specific ways it helps your body. The Pool and relaxation rooms are outta this world. I will definitely come back ,if not for everything but the service. 10 0000 stars

We went with friends, and had such an.amazing experience! Derek helped us with so much, he even helped us on his off days! The suite we stayed in was amazing and the Hotspring had about 30 diffrent hotspring to relax in, the location is also nice as we walked to the beach and other attractions. We will return for sure!
