"A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. The shower door is not sealed, so it leaks, but everthing else was fine.Air con was working very well and kept the room very cool. Breakfast had a vast menu, but for a foreigner, the choice was acceptable but limited. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but expensive at £195 for a sea view double room for 2 nights staying on my own Weather was poor but did not detract from my stay.. Location excellent. Metro (2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni) and Xinhai Square about 15 mins walk."

"My wife, child, and I had a wonderful vacation in Dalian, and choosing the Grand Hyatt was absolutely the right decision. Every room in the fan-shaped building offers a sea view, and in the evening, the bridge lights up, creating a truly magical atmosphere – perfect for my wife's photos. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful towards children, proactively arranging kids' amenities, and the heated pool's shallow area is safe and worry-free. Xinghai Square is right downstairs, making it easy to take the little one to play in the sand and feed seagulls after dinner, keeping our trip relaxed and enjoyable. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the service is meticulous and attentive. The butler service was exceptionally helpful. It truly lives up to its five-star reputation, and our whole family had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it for families with children!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. "Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay. - Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived."

"I haven't been to Minghu for a few years. It has always been a good place to relax on weekends. I was a little disappointed this time. I hesitated for a few days before writing a review. I have never given a bad review on Ctrip, because it is not easy for workers. I hope that guests who want to come can come happily and return satisfied. 1. If I remember correctly, I checked in at the International Hall. The deposit was 1,000 (I personally felt it was too much), but it took three counters to handle it. The attitude of each staff member was very average (one counter to register information, one counter to pay the deposit, and one counter to give the room card; I wonder if it can't be done at one counter, and guests need to go to three counters to handle it separately?) 2. I didn't have a buffet for dinner, but ordered burritos (I can't remember the specific name, there are 3 burritos in one serving), two with potato shreds, carrot shreds, and pepper shreds, which tasted good; there was also a pickled cabbage meat, which had something similar to woven bag materials 3. Strictly follow the regulations when checking in I checked in at the room (after 2pm), and the room was chosen by the service staff. It turned out to be next to the stairs on the second floor. There were people coming and going, and there was constant noise. After 10pm, I could still hear the sound of guests wearing slippers prepared in the room coming up the stairs on the first floor. 4. Only the hot spring was OK, but the odor in the room leading to the hot spring was really strong. 5. The check-out front desk told me that the deposit would arrive in 3-5 minutes, but it took more than half an hour to arrive (this can be ignored), but I personally think that the service of the International Club needs to be improved, the attitude is not good and unprofessional. 6. The wall lights in the room are not bright, I don’t know if they are not bright; the TV is not easy to use"
