Location is on sketchy side, got here and they said I didn’t have a reservation and upon further investigation they found that someone else had checked me in at 5:00am but they went up to room and it was clean & ready so maybe an error on someone’s part. Floors are dirty with crumbs and such not sure if they need a new vacuum or just need to vacuum. Bedding & bathroom are clean. Our whole 2nd floor when we step off elevator smells of **** so bad even my kids complained of the “bad” smell. We will check out the breakfast in the mornings overall the appearance of the place seems Mostly clean.

We were very pleased with our stay here. Check-in went smoothly and the front desk attendant was very friendly. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, and water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was average, not awful, just not special. And the room cost just a little more than I like to pay - but it really is a competitive rate for a very decent place to stay.

We had a great stay. Staff was very helpful got us in early and gave us a late checkout. Room was very clean really liked the pillows. Has a full breakfast with lots of choices. Good size pool and hot tub

There is an employee that always gives us a hard time about getting a room with a copy of my DL. Everywhere else we are always able to check in that way. I don't see the pint of checking out of our room everyday and making us get out just to check in again at 2pm.

No breakfast, no hair dryer, no pool, no peace of mind. No blanket, just a thin dust cover/sheath, wornout sheets and tiny pillows. This hotel is in a really bad area! Had to watch our vehicle all night. Black mold on the ceiling, cigarette burns in all of the bed linens. Multiple fights in the parking lot and vagrants constantly passing thru. Four people had to share two towels, two bath cloths and one bottle of shampoo. My husband and I shared one towel and our children shared the other. At least there were two tiny bars of soap. Nice enough staff, but they are understandably cautious of guests. Worst of all, we were put in a smoking room after reserving a nonsmoking. Had trouble breathing for days afterward. Contacted Priceline.com immediately after checking in, spent hours conversing online only to be told I'd have to contact their Priceline Group Company... Booking.com. There was no resolution. The online description was a complete and total lie. We asked questions about the discrepancies, but we did not want to otherwise confront the staff. Obviously they are used to dealing with another type of guest and we'd prefer to not be accused of any of the common issues I'm sure they regularly deal with. We witnessed one employee having to use a mop to chase away a very troublesome character. This is not a safe place!!! Vagrants were constantly passing thru and were often very loud and rambunctious, women were being picked up and dropped off regularly and there were multiple fights in the parking area close to our vehicle. We couldn't rest at all. The pricepoint is very misleading. This was a $50 accommodation AT BEST. We payed $90 and were unable to resolve the reservation issues with priceline.com at the time of check-in, and likely will never receive any recompense.

Stayed for the weekend after Thanksgiving. Check in was pretty easy and the room was ready at 3 as expected. It was clean, but hardly any towels (compared to other hotels of the same calibre.) No hangers in the closet which is kind of wierd. No note paper and pens. And no remote control for the TV which is the wierdest thing of all. The barn doors to the bathroom are not a good call because they don't stay closed all the way. The safe in the room did not work and when the maintenance man (who was very efficient) tried to change it out, he had to have it approved by a supervisor named Tamara. She seemed to think it was OK to keep trying to fix it when it was apparent that it should be replaced. After 30 minutes, we had to insist that she make a decision because we had to go sightseeing. He did install the new one and it worked. The breakfast is good and fair variety of food. In looking at all the recent reviews, we thought it is possible that lack of business during the COVID lockdown may have caused the management to cut down on expenditures. I don't know that I would stay here again, but it was not bad especially for the price we paid.

First, I booked a stay at the location, specifically asking if it would be possible for me to check in around 9-10am vs at 3pm. Right away, I got a friendly and professional response, explaining that they would not be able to guarantee this prior to my arrival, due to not knowing which rooms will be ready. I understood that completely, no problem! They went on to say in a follow up email, that they would do their best to accommodate my needs, and couldn't wait to see me! (The bus does not drop off in front of the property, so, I had to walk a bit, which isn't too bad except I was having to carry several big heavy bags.) I arrived at the location at 1pm, I walk in and there are about 3-4 staff standing behind the desk, I approach and they all simply stop and stare at me, without a single smile, wave, or word! So, I broke the ice by saying I had a reservation, the response was a lady pointing to the next register and saying, ”He will do it over there”. So, I go to that window, the older man asks my name, he pulls it up, and says, ”I don't have a room ready yet, it isn't cleaned. You have to wait til 3pm”. I look at my bags, and very politely, I said, ”if it just has not been cleaned, it's ok, I can clean it.” He of course says, ”I can not give room without it being clean!” And I understood that, was fine with it. Then he adds as an afterthought, ”That if you want room before 3pm, it's a $20 fee. I was a little upset walking out with my bags trying to figure out someway to pass the next 2 hours without having to go too far with my belongings, but, rules are rules, so it was not a deal breaker! But then, as I am walking back to the property, I run into a friend of mine, he asked to use my phone. So, he walks with me so he can make his call. We walk in the door a few minutes past 3pm. He walks over to waiting area to handle his call, and I approach the woman at the window. This lady has sort of an attitude and asks what I need, I tell her I have a reservation, she asks for my name, then she asked for my phone number. I didn't understand what she said when asking for my number, so, I said, ”I'm sorry? I didn't catch what you said!” She just looks at me ... My brain actually kicked in at that moment and I gave her my number. She then mumbled under her breath something about she doesn't know if she has a room ready yet... She then looks at me and said, with attitude,”For future references, when you do a reservation online, you need go enter the actual number of guests...” I understood the confusion, and so I responded with a bit of surprise, ”Oh, no, I did update it, it should have been 1, I am the one getting the room! She glances towards him, and I explain to her that he was only with me because he needed to use my phone. At that point, this other female staff member who had not spoke at all to this point, gets an attitude while directing her statement to her co-worker she says, Unhunh, no they were walking together from wayyy back there!” I said, o
