We stayed at the Fairfield and mostly everything exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The service was impeccable, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. However, there was one major issue that unfortunately made my stay less than perfect. The loud music from the nearby venues around the hotel was unbearable. It played all night into the early morning, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. If you're someone who needs a quiet and peaceful environment to get a good night's rest, then this hotel may not be the best choice for you. It's a shame because otherwise, everything about my stay was great. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, and the room itself was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. But ultimately, the noise level was a deal breaker for me. If you're someone who can sleep through loud music, or if you're planning to be out and about during the night anyway, then this hotel might still be a great choice. But for anyone who prioritizes a good night's sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

PPengguna TetamuBooked a king room. When we arrived they said they were overbooked on king rooms and put us in a queen. I called down and let the front office know that I paid more to guarantee a king and they found us one and the room felt newer and nicer. Overall great experience.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEstaba muy bien ubicado ,el servicio perfecto tal fue así q se me quedó extraviado un teléfono en mi habitación y ya me había ido y me llamaron para q regresara a recogerlo y yo no me había dado ni cuenta q me dijeron q no me preocupara q mi teléfono iba a estar guardado esperando q yo regresaran ,la limpieza estaba normal ya q la propiedad estaban asiendo algunas reparaciones aun así no había ningún ruido y todo estaba tranquilo y por la noche había un security en el parking

PPengguna TetamuLocation is on sketchy side, got here and they said I didn’t have a reservation and upon further investigation they found that someone else had checked me in at 5:00am but they went up to room and it was clean & ready so maybe an error on someone’s part. Floors are dirty with crumbs and such not sure if they need a new vacuum or just need to vacuum. Bedding & bathroom are clean. Our whole 2nd floor when we step off elevator smells of **** so bad even my kids complained of the “bad” smell. We will check out the breakfast in the mornings overall the appearance of the place seems Mostly clean.

JJose CarreyService at the hotel was good, bed comfortable, room seemed to be clean, but had a couple of issues with the room. Shower did not have a lot of pressure due to a leak behind the shower head. Heater never seemed to warm at all. Neither one of these issues was a big deal to me so I reported them when I checked out, lady promised they would be fixed. Breakfast was a little skimpy, still had the basics such as cereal, waffle, egg and sausage coffee milk and juice. Would have loved to have some bananas. Only really negative thing I would say is the location, (wife not very pleased with all the activities going on at night if you get my point) which I think is kind of unfair for the hotel but that's why you would pay twice or three times as much for a better location. Overall I think it was a good stay for the price.

OOlivia LozaCheck in wax fast and efficient. Online rates greatly recommended, cheaper than checking in at moment of arrival. The place is located in the Market Center, close to downtown area. There is a Dennys cafeteria across the street an the freeway entrance nearby. There is plenty ty of parking space inside, no parking space on the street.
The rooms are average size for a 2 full size beds. Restroom has hair dryer, bar soap (the one in our restroom was used...)
Inside the toilet room there is also the shower and tub. Tub does not have a mat or any other slip resistant material, so be carefully as the tub material is very slippery.
The room was clean, sheets were decent clean, so were the towels.
Check out was also very efficient.

SScottAimeeWhen we first arrived, we were in a second floor room. I asked for a ground floor room because both my friend and I are disabled veterans. No problem, we were given a ground floor room. When we initially went into the room, it was quite hot in there. In an attempt to cool the room down, I found that the controls on the air conditioner turned all the way around, leaving me not really knowing where on the dial did it corollate with the cool setting. While sitting on the bed, I noticed the ceiling and the very evident water damage on the ceiling. There were large areas on the ceiling that showed where large areas were covered by sheetrock or wood, then covered with paint. There were other areas that showed long sections that had water damage that had not been fixed, too. The only amenity was the ice bucket. All in all, the bed was decently comfortable and got a fair night’s sleep, but the pillows were less than useful. The only thing that irritated me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door before 1100 am. We were already taking our belongings to the truck and when we tried to get back into the room to get the rest of our belongings, the card key no longer worked! I had to walk from one end of the motel to the other end to get back to the office; they had to reset the key I guess. Walking that distance was very difficult physically for me and I feel that would not have been necessary if the key continued to be effective in unlocking the door. I think next time I will stay somewhere else.
