Dua keluarga bepergian bersama (2 dewasa, 4 kanak-kanak berumur 9, 10, 11 & 13) untuk penginapan selama seminggu. Penyewaan pantai membanjiri, jadi kami menuju ke utara Texas. Seni di hotel sangat mengagumkan. Ikut pelajaran sejarah semasa percutian musim panas. Makanan di restoran di atas rata-rata dengan harga di atas rata-rata juga. Bilik air sangat bersih. Bilik hanya dilayan selama 2+ hari penginapan. Hanya diservis satu kali antara Sel-Jumaat. Anda membayar harga untuk kemudahan tetapi anda boleh mendaftar masuk dan tidak pernah meninggalkan hotel. Taman air dibuka 10-7. Spa belum dibuka, agak mengecewakan. Perkhidmatan pelanggan adalah yang terbaik.

本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

댈러스 다운타운에서 차로 10여분 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있으나, 시내버스(109번)를 이용해 다운타운 접근이 용이했음. 인근에 비숍 아트 구역이 있어 걸어서 가 볼만 함. 좀 오래된 건물을 나름의 컨셉을 가지고 방을 꾸몄고 무인으로 관리하지만 적시에 서비스를 받을 수 있었음. 다만 첫날 비가 왔는데 창 측 천장에서 비가 새어 나왔음

Saya berasa putus asa kerana saya telah menempah bilik dengan la quinta dan apabila saya tiba mereka tidak mempunyai tempahan saya walaupun dengan pengesahan dan tiada bilik yang tersisa. Saya telah memandu selama 6 jam untuk cuti musim bunga dan hampir setiap hotel yang saya hubungi telah habis dijual. Saya memandu 45 minit ke atas dan walaupun mereka tidak mempunyai bilik double untuk saya, saya mudah ditempatkan. Saya sangat menghargai kakitangan dan hotel ini 100 kali lebih baik.

The first room that was given to me smells bad, so I have it changed. The room is spacious and clean, I just don't like the smell. The keycard was not always working. I need to activate it every now and then. On the kther hand, I like the breaksfast and their fitness center.

PPengguna TetamuHad a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

Room was super muggy and alter mental state homeless hanging and sleeping out front.service was ok. Checking was a process ad I prepaid and they had a balance showing eventhough I prepaid in full. Checking was bad but checkout staff was good and accommodating.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is on sketchy side, got here and they said I didn’t have a reservation and upon further investigation they found that someone else had checked me in at 5:00am but they went up to room and it was clean & ready so maybe an error on someone’s part. Floors are dirty with crumbs and such not sure if they need a new vacuum or just need to vacuum. Bedding & bathroom are clean. Our whole 2nd floor when we step off elevator smells of **** so bad even my kids complained of the “bad” smell. We will check out the breakfast in the mornings overall the appearance of the place seems Mostly clean.

JJose CarreyService at the hotel was good, bed comfortable, room seemed to be clean, but had a couple of issues with the room. Shower did not have a lot of pressure due to a leak behind the shower head. Heater never seemed to warm at all. Neither one of these issues was a big deal to me so I reported them when I checked out, lady promised they would be fixed. Breakfast was a little skimpy, still had the basics such as cereal, waffle, egg and sausage coffee milk and juice. Would have loved to have some bananas. Only really negative thing I would say is the location, (wife not very pleased with all the activities going on at night if you get my point) which I think is kind of unfair for the hotel but that's why you would pay twice or three times as much for a better location. Overall I think it was a good stay for the price.

SScottAimeeWhen we first arrived, we were in a second floor room. I asked for a ground floor room because both my friend and I are disabled veterans. No problem, we were given a ground floor room. When we initially went into the room, it was quite hot in there. In an attempt to cool the room down, I found that the controls on the air conditioner turned all the way around, leaving me not really knowing where on the dial did it corollate with the cool setting. While sitting on the bed, I noticed the ceiling and the very evident water damage on the ceiling. There were large areas on the ceiling that showed where large areas were covered by sheetrock or wood, then covered with paint. There were other areas that showed long sections that had water damage that had not been fixed, too. The only amenity was the ice bucket. All in all, the bed was decently comfortable and got a fair night’s sleep, but the pillows were less than useful. The only thing that irritated me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door before 1100 am. We were already taking our belongings to the truck and when we tried to get back into the room to get the rest of our belongings, the card key no longer worked! I had to walk from one end of the motel to the other end to get back to the office; they had to reset the key I guess. Walking that distance was very difficult physically for me and I feel that would not have been necessary if the key continued to be effective in unlocking the door. I think next time I will stay somewhere else.
