服務員都是講西班牙語的，House keeping 不能完全按照你的意思去做，還有就是有一個Amenity Fee的小票，每天25美金，強制的，可以換飲料，城市tour。

Durante nuestra estancia, llegamos una noche y cual va siendo nuestra sorpresa que nuestra habitación no la habían limpiado. Ya era demasiado noche como para bajar y pedir una explicación a recepción. Tuvimos que adaptarnos y nuevamente secarnos con las mismas toallas que habíamos dejado por la mañana. Nuestra cama sin hacer, dormir sin sabanas limpias. Por la mañana lo reportamos y eso dejó de pasar.

Great room in terms of size, cleanliness and beds. Nice view. Decent TV which can pivot depending on where you are in the room. The staff were lovely, Blessed Johnson and Maddie warrant specific mention for nice and helpful attitude. Breakfast was ok - waffle was probably the most outstanding item. Annoyingly - there was no classic tea (ie English breakfast) available for breakfast which seemed a remarkable oversight. The fact that it did not appear after the first morning it was flagged to the breakfast staff seemed subpar. Overall an enjoyable experience.

My stay at the La Quinta at Fair Park has been very nice. From the customer service of the front desk, to the housekeeping staff. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I an AT&T employee needed a clean, warm, safe location when I came to Dallas. I was extremely alarmed to see the easy access from street. Homeless encampments surround this hotel. THATS NOT SAFE. There is no security or fence around the location. Any random human can walk in off the street. You do not even need a key to get on elevator. When I checked in and went to room- I had a double queen when I paid and asked for a king room. I went back to front desk and begin asking questions. Your attendant told me ”YOU SHOULD HAVE BOOKED THROUGH MARRIOT NOT AN OUTSIDE GROUP.” Outside promo groups is how you get these rooms booked. The deals offered in booking, *******, etc offers deals on the trash you put out has safe, sleeping locations. That was a slap in the face as a customer and I'm sure to the other groups who promote this hotel. As I glanced around halls- Customers were told to put trash in hall for pick up. I checked in at 5pm, the same trash was in hall when I departed at 8a the next morning. It's smelt like a dumpster. And yes, I checked out early to go to the HILTON OR SHERATON which was so much cleaner and fenced with security guards. Since, I have made sure to ring the alarm in all 4 AT&T towers downtown as well as surrounding cities NEVER to stay at this location. We love ANATOLE- a Hilton hotel. They would never point the blame at a customer for poor service, unsafe environment, unwillingness to help. I will continue to voice my complaint until I get a call. 2024 its tik tok time, I do have access to walk off street and film and take additional pictures of hotel so you can see the surrounding environment as well as trashy inside. I have not gotten a call or email to try to reconcile the issue either after launching multiple complaints. You customer service is HORRIBLE. So, I will continue to post on Fairfield Trash Inn.

Saya berasa putus asa kerana saya telah menempah bilik dengan la quinta dan apabila saya tiba mereka tidak mempunyai tempahan saya walaupun dengan pengesahan dan tiada bilik yang tersisa. Saya telah memandu selama 6 jam untuk cuti musim bunga dan hampir setiap hotel yang saya hubungi telah habis dijual. Saya memandu 45 minit ke atas dan walaupun mereka tidak mempunyai bilik double untuk saya, saya mudah ditempatkan. Saya sangat menghargai kakitangan dan hotel ini 100 kali lebih baik.

The staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around.

this is alleged to be a luxury hotel. The facilities are very nice and convenient. However, I arrived early and was told that I would be contacted as soon as my room was available. So I waited and waited and finally went back to ask and found that the room had been ready for some time and they had not contacted me. My bigger gripe is that upon checking out I found a ”Credit Card Convenience Fee” of $10.17 per day! I have stayed at many of the truly luxury hotels in the world and many luxury boutique hotels and I have NEVER had a hotel be so tacky and greedy as to charge such a fee. For that small reason alone, I shall never to back to this hotel and I have warned my friends who go to Dallas. I have also so advised the company that was hosting the meeting and selected this hotel.

Good location at reasonable price. Rooms clean. The only issue I had was with the plugs. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. And the fridge was missing. People at reception were very nice and accommodating
