I am excited to share our wonderful experience at the Days Inn Market Center on TripAdvisor. Our recent stay with family was nothing short of delightful, with the hotel's warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and prime location ensuring a memorable vacation. The check-in process was a breeze, and the front desk staff went the extra mile to make sure we would be comfortable during our stay. They attended to our needs, provided valuable information about the area, and recommended local attractions and dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably throughout our stay, always making sure we had fresh towels and replenished amenities. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling us to stay connected with friends and family. The hotel's central location in the bustling Market Center was a major advantage. We found it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, public transportation was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to travel further afield. What stood out most was the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were always ready to help with any special requests or assistance, and the communal areas provided a cozy and inviting space for families to relax and unwind. Everything was fantastic. I guess it is always good to mention something that could be helpful. In this case it will be the annoying 6 digit plus # code every time you enter the building, use a lift (you must take two to get to the room but only one needs the code) and enter your room. So many times the code just does not connect properly and it got frustrating at time with up to 6 times to enter the room one time. I am sure they can find a better solution for future travellers (even 5 digits).

Lokasi dan kebersihan sangat bagus! Saya agak kecewa dengan penginapan saya di Warwick. Untuk memulakan valet adalah mimpi ngeri apabila hotel sibuk. Tidak banyak pilihan tempat letak kereta jadi kami terpaksa menggunakan perkhidmatan ini. Pada lewat malam, anda perlu meletakkan kenderaan anda sendiri dan menurunkan kunci dengan meja penyambut tetamu. Namun anda masih dikenakan bayaran untuk valet. Tidak begitu ramai kakitangan untuk membantu dengan bagasi. Meja penyambut tetamu kurang bersedia untuk membantu. Saya faham mereka mungkin kekurangan kakitangan dan bekerja berlebihan tetapi ia juga menunjukkan. Ada beberapa kemudahan yang kami tidak dapat seperti jubah, selipar, penggunaan kenderaan ulang-alik. Sekali lagi ini mungkin disebabkan oleh kakitangan tetapi masih merupakan pengalaman yang mengecewakan. Saya akan menasihati untuk merancang mengikut pengalaman kurang daripada 4 bintang.

The property is the hub of downtown Dallas. The front desk staff eagerly assist visitors to the property. A breakfast buffet and exquisite dining is offered as well. The spacious room accomodations provide seren and tranquill moments that accentuate consecration, too

Used this hotel as it is close to a Holt Cat dealer and I’m an employee training for the week. It is in a very bad area as other reviewers described but it had a security guard and I was willing to take the risk. Was quoted 139.00 a day and I said that’s good I needed it for the week. Room was nice although the walls were thin and the ac unit sounded like an airplane trying to take off when the compressor kicked in. I did not complain about these things, I realize some things the front desk just can’t control. However when I checked out and asked for a copy of the bill I was shocked to see that the daily charges were 139, 179, 199, 199, and 139. I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he said he didn’t know why but would have the asst manager Jennifer call when she came in Went to class the whole day and got no call. Drove 4 hours home and called and she said Jennifer would be in at 11 pm and would call me in the morning. I called back at 6:30 before her shift ended and she said it was common practice to change the rates daily without people’s consent. I asked since my credit card was charged when I arrive was this not a contract to which she stated it was only a hold put on the card. She then stated I needed to talk to the manager Tim when he arrived back to work on Monday. This is not even my credit card that was charged it was the company’s but it’s about the principle now. The fact that I have to wait 4 days for something to be corrected that should have happened when brought to their attention the first time. There is a major disconnect between the auditors, managers, and customers. Will see how Tim handles this Monday before I write a review on Holts credit card statement that I have to submit, for all of holts company’s to see how Marriott treats its customers.
