酒店不錯，雖然是兩星酒店但是房間不比四五星的差。早餐一如既往的冷，la quinta style。晚上沒客房服務，想要個紙巾都得跑前台去要，但是白天的墨西哥保潔大媽很熱情

On a terrible side of town. I was not told I’d be charged an additional $50 deposit by ******* but I was still charged it. It was charged $168.45 for a $88 hotel stay in the ghetto

The lobby is clean and breakfast is mediocre and basic. I was on floor 3, there was a flicking light, what appeared to be Clorox stains on the carpet in the hall, and the hall floor had trash. My room door was hard to push open from the outside and slammed really hard, but wouldn’t close without pushing it from the inside. I don’t think the heat was working. The hotel is around the corner from a convenience store and there was a lot of trash at the parking lot entrance. The hotel is on the same lot as another hotel and motel 6 (which had a lot of people doing some things…if you catch my drift). The hotel does have security, so that’s a plus. It was loud when I was there from 1/17-1/20 from the slamming doors, people running and/or jumping, and kids. Just be safe when you go. It is convenient to the expressway.

The hotel was hard to find. The hotel needs a sign or something that says it’s located in the back of motel 6. The hotel was great and clean. The area looked a little sketchy while driving to the hotel but once we found it it was like a whole another world. So overall I enjoyed my stay and I would book her again

We got in at 1 am after a long day of delayed and cancelled flights and after only getting 2 hours of sleep we were woken up to a fire alarm. Had to walk through the rain with our baby and when we asked the staff what was going on or if we needed to stick around they were extremely unprofessional and uncaring. Horrible experience made us NEVER EVER want to return to Dallas!

My family and I have come to this hotel 3 times due to family trips and have always had a good experience. It's clean, the staff is helpful, and we like the area. This trip I'm really grateful they had a laundry room for guests because on the way to the hotel my step daughter got car sick and puked allover herself. Going to the indoor pool was great too.

The facilities and staff were pretty good. Be advised that this La Quinta is located in a bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless around and didn’t seem like much security.
