Great customer service the staff addressed all of our needs. We will return. The food was okay.

The Holiday Inn and suites is a really nice hotel. I've stayed here a lot and the staff are nice and great. The beds are comfy. Nice pool and spa and yummy hot breakfast

Very spaceful and good food

There was an issue with the key card for our original room so we had to switch rooms but the service was excellent and the room was clean and cozy.

The property did great! Accommodated things as best as they could last minute. ******* did TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My reservation wasn’t there. They took over an hour to reach a compromise and solution when all of the extra run around was completely unnecessary. I don’t think I can book with *******!!! Not worth being held up until 11:30pm!

Room was pretty clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. The pool was closed during our stay and there was issues with the elevators so we had to resort to using the stairs for the majority of our stay.

I made my reservation the day before I was supposed to check in. When I got to the property, I was told that they could not honor the reservation because for the past several days they had issues with the plumbing and we weren’t able to wash towels or sheets. They were not answering the phone either. Instead of not taking reservations when they knew they had problems, they booked mine anyway. When I asked the manager why I was not called that day to let me know, they could not on the reservation, he told me the owner was not allowing him call the guests. The manager told me he would take care of my refund through *******. I had booked a nonrefundable reservation, but I was not the one to cancel. The general manager did not do this. ******* was kind enough to investigate my claim, and then they gave me the refund. All in all, this situation could have, and should have been avoided.
