Penginapan saya biasa-biasa saja. Ruangan itu agak kemas, tetapi banyak penambahbaikan dapat dilakukan. Air di bilik mandi sejuk dan keran tidak mencukupi. Secara keseluruhan ada banyak ruang untuk diperbaiki, tetapi jika anda berada dalam anggaran, itu bukan tempat tinggal yang buruk.

The guy at the front was super nice. We stayed there for 1 hr and then decided to leave because it smelled bad and everything was just so dirty.

Beds were hard, hair dryer did not work, trash on the floor, furniture was very old. Hot was cold water & cold was hot water. Poor breakfast selection. Dining room chairs very worn out. TV channel paused then went out.
Do not recommended.

Well I expected better since I've stayed at Comfort Inns before, but this one was definitely subpar. To start, the pool & hot tub were closed (but not noted at all when I booked it) so my family and I were disappointed because I specifically picked a hotel with a pool so we could swim. Then, as soon as we walked into the room, the bed covers were dingy looking with a LONG BLACK hair right on top of the supposed-to-be white blanket. Then, when we turned the AC on, it was super loud like a lawn mower EVERY TIME it turned on. The shower head needed to be tightened, so it sprayed water all over the floor when used. Even worse, while showering the temperature would rapidly fluctuate between cold, warm, and scalding hot. Last but not least, we left for the morning and came back at night but neither of our cards would work on the door (even though it was booked for 2 nights) so we had to wait in line forever to have the non-smiling attendant fix them.

I felt very insafe unpin arrival of the hotel. It was rated a 4 star and it was definitely not. There was a lot of suspicious activity going around the hotel. I felt very uneasy and not safe. I did not have. Choice to stay because I was there on business. I will not stay here again.
