Hotel 3 Bintang di Dallas

Great room in terms of size, cleanliness and beds. Nice view. Decent TV which can pivot depending on where you are in the room. The staff were lovely, Blessed Johnson and Maddie warrant specific mention for nice and helpful attitude. Breakfast was ok - waffle was probably the most outstanding item. Annoyingly - there was no classic tea (ie English breakfast) available for breakfast which seemed a remarkable oversight. The fact that it did not appear after the first morning it was flagged to the breakfast staff seemed subpar. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Saya berasa putus asa kerana saya telah menempah bilik dengan la quinta dan apabila saya tiba mereka tidak mempunyai tempahan saya walaupun dengan pengesahan dan tiada bilik yang tersisa. Saya telah memandu selama 6 jam untuk cuti musim bunga dan hampir setiap hotel yang saya hubungi telah habis dijual. Saya memandu 45 minit ke atas dan walaupun mereka tidak mempunyai bilik double untuk saya, saya mudah ditempatkan. Saya sangat menghargai kakitangan dan hotel ini 100 kali lebih baik.

Meja penyambut tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan, dan daftar masuk mungkin tidak lama lagi disebabkan oleh wabak dan musim bukan puncak. Pangkalan bilik adalah sangat luas, tetapi jelas mempunyai rasa umur: kebersihannya sedikit tidak memuaskan. Kritikan terbesar mungkin persekitaran sekeliling. Saya berasa seperti berada di pusat pengedaran gelandangan dan saya sangat berhati-hati apabila keluar pada waktu malam.

Good location at reasonable price. Rooms clean. The only issue I had was with the plugs. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. And the fridge was missing. People at reception were very nice and accommodating

The staff were very nice and helpful. My room had a smoke detector that was covered in plastic. The circuit breaker to the smoke detector was in the OFF position. Not very safe!!! There was no business center. The nightly reception/social time was only on Wednesday and the items weren't worth the trip from the room. The location was great.

Semuanya hebat, perkhidmatan dan kemudahannya. Sangat berbudi bahasa kepada semua orang dan banyak layanan yang diberikan di sana sini. Lif kadang-kadang bergegar selain menyangka tempat itu agak kukuh. Makanan tidak ditawarkan kerana COVID tetapi makanan di bandar ini menakjubkan dan berbaloi untuk dimakan, saya syorkan.

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

It’s a very good hotel for the price. They have a lot of amenities but the pool was closed the entire stay.
