Hotel 3-Bintang di Tinh Thua Thien-Hue, Vietnam

Place simply recommended. I can just tell you that our stay was so good that we doubled here our time in Hue. Room: We took a deluxe double room, which had a king bed and bath tube. In real the room seems a bit smaller than in picture, but spaces are ok and there is a shelf where you can store your belongings. Bed is stable and very comfortable. As complimentary you have every day water, instant coffee (with condensed milk, better than standard nescafe) and a small snack. Cleaning: Room clearance consist also of towels and bed sheet changing. The bathroom kit includes toothbrushes, comb and cotton buds. We stayed many days and the room was always really sparkling spotless. Staff: the girls at the front desk (Ruby, Tho, Sarah and Hoa) are exemplary: always welcoming with a smile, kind and ready to help. They truly treat us as family ＜3 Also the guys from the night shift are nive and always kind.

To say that the VINA HOTEL’s on-line presence is “misleading” is being quite generous! Access to the hotel was via a dark alleyway with rubbish, parked motorbikes, and no lighting. At the hotel entrance, guests had to carry their suitcases up a steep flight of stairs to reach Reception on the first floor – no assistance was offered. When entering our room, there was a strong musty smell. We wondered if the room had not been used for months prior. Only one wall socket was available for charging purposes. There was no mini-bar (although it was listed on-line), and the fridge was not plugged in, so there was no cold drinking water awaiting us. There were room-temperature bottles of water on the sideboard, decanted from another source – but no way of knowing if that water source was safe. There was no kettle, nor any coffee/tea/sugar sachets. There was no catch on either the bathroom or bedroom windows, thus hot air came in from outside. The A/C unit was very noisy, and the cooled air did not circulate into the lounge area. There were no spare toilet rolls, and the liquid soap/body wash containers were virtually empty. The bed had extremely hard pillows (and when we were checking in, we heard another guest complain about the same pillow problem to Reception). Breakfast was highly inadequate: lukewarm coffee from a flask (we were advised that if we had come down earlier than 8am, we would have got coffee that was hot!); no juices; no cereals or fruit; no toast (only baguettes with no spreads); no napkins; cooked food was a choice between a Vietnamese plate or eggs). Vastly superior coffee was enjoyed on both days at GOC CAFE, just across the main road. And how can we forget the waitress who took off her sandal and picked skin off her foot, in the middle of the “breakfast” service! In summary: from start-to-finish, the whole experience at VINA HOTEL was very poor.

Staff of G-Hotel really saved our stay in Hue as we had a very bad experience in the dirtiest place ever been (Poetic Hotel). When we walked in in the morning and explained our situation, 1 room was immediately available for us, so we could leave Poetic directly. 2 hours later 2 more rooms were clean and available. Before accepting the rooms, we were invited to check the rooms. Great service, keep on working this way. In the morning the neighbourhoods dogs might bark early in the morning. That is the only point I can make, but the dogs are not the hotels fault. When visiting Hue again, I will definitely return to G-Hotel. We'll recommended!

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

The place is nice but it is too far from the Center. Too many noises from the guests and also there was music in the morning very early that woke up me. The guy does not speak English but he tried to help.

Amazing hotel with great staff! The breakfast was also fantastic and the room very spacious. The bed slept comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. We had the Deluxe Balcony room, which is located at a buzzling street. We didn't do proper research and didn't realise this hotel was in a busy and noisy street. It's very fun but do realise you'll hear a lot of noises (loud music and karaoke) until around 11pm on a Saturday. We didn't mind since we were only staying for 2 nights

I can't imagine anyone would find a better deal for the price. A brilliant location, airconditioning that worked extremely well, and just enough space for our 5 night stay. It is a little tired around the edges, but service is great - the receptionists went above and beyond to help us out a couple of times. Breakfast wasn't included but that suited us just fine, preferring to explore some of the local food options nearby.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Trang thiết bị phòng vệ sinh mới và tốt, có đèn gương. Đặc biệt đèn ngủ dưới gầm giường là 1 điểm nhấn khá thú vị.

Room is good. It's outside the city. You need a transport. The staff not look like care you too much.

Mình đến đây 2 lần với gia đình. Lần đầu năm 2023 mọi thứ khá ổn nhưng lần 2024 này mình khá thất vọng. Thất vọng không phải vì cơ sở vật chất của Amy Apartment mà về cách bạn nhân viên xử lý tình huống. Lúc trả phòng , mình bị yêu cầu thanh toán thêm tiền Minibar và bạn chắc chắn là bên nhà mình đã sử dụng trong khi đó mình xác nhận 100% là chỉ dùng đúng 1 chai nước suối lớn. Thay vì lắng nghe khách thì bạn nhân viên lại sử dụng giọng điệu buộc tội , rằng : ”em đã từng gặp nhiều trường hợp như thế này rồi” -＞ Đâu có nghĩa là tất cả các khách đều cư xử giống nhau. ”anh không trả thì nhân viên em phải trả” -＞ Số tiền chẳng đáng bao nhiêu, mình đã trả nhưng mình có nói mà mình không hài lòng vì bị buộc phải trả thứ mình không dùng. Khách hàng bị buộc tội rằng đã sử dụng Minibar vì nhân viên đã kiểm tra kĩ. Thay vì đứng ở phía khách hàng để xem xét là có chắc nhân viên kiểm tra kĩ không hay khách có sự nhầm lẫn nào đó, thì nằn nặc là khách sai và khách phải bỏ tiền ra thanh toán thêm. Ở đây không nói việc khách hàng đúng hay sai, mà là cách các bạn xử lý vấn đề rất kém. Lần quay lại 2024 này khá tệ.
