We were very well taken care of by the staff of the hotel right from the moment of our arrival to departure. We had some late requests to change the mattress which were too soft for me which they had arranged in short notice. Though we ate dinner out due to time constraints we did find the breakfast tasty and ample quantity for all of us.

Outstanding property with amazingly motivated staff , well maintained swanky British heritage interiors , international class facilities and great proximity to mall plus kanchanjangha view point. It’s the only choice for me at darjeeling. Mayfair darjeeling is definitely amongst the top ten properties in india. Kudos to the team led by GM Sabyasachi Mohanty who is a very experience *** and well regarded hotelier nationwide.
