Very clean,personnel friendly and helpful,but restricted englisch knowledge, but trying to find solution with Translation software. Hotel well known by resident of dantong if get lost to find the way back to hotel walking Distanzen to ancient City

The location is close to the castle, the facilities are clean and modern, and the staff are friendly. However, the only drawback is that the soundproofing is not good. You can hear conversations from the neighboring rooms and even the knocking sound.

I stayed there 2 days. The reception was really nice and helpful even though she didn’t know English. Place was clean and spacious and quiet. So we did get plenty of rest. Definitely stay there again next time 😊😊😊

I stayed one night at the hotel. I was visiting Datong. I arrived early and asked front desk if I could leave my suitcase whilst I did some sightseeing. The front desk staff told me I could check into my room. The young lady who assisted me spoke some English. She also helped me with booking tickets to visit the Yungang Grottes. My room rate included breakfast which had a wide choice of items. The room I had (1212) was spotlessly clean and had a view towards the old walls. I would highly recommend this hotel for a tourist visit.

Nice friendly staff and a good clean room. No complaints. Not very close to the main sights (huayan temple, shanhua temple etc)

酒店地理位置非常方便，購物方便，離上榜餐廳也不遠，高層可以看到古城，夜景在屋裡就可以賞到。隔音效果好，睡覺很安靜，非常好的體驗，離火車站也不算遠，晚上還送了水果和小零食。枕頭高矮合適，沒有出現枕一個矮枕兩個高的情況，家庭房是裡外間，非常人性化，畢竟不是所有家庭都是大人帶小孩，為成年人和父母出來考慮周到，現磨咖啡貼心的問是不是打包帶走，味道也不錯

房間乾淨衞生，酒店所有工作人員態度都特別好，前台回答問題或辦理入住都高效耐心，十分專業，餐廳贈送一杯飲料，還有鋼琴可以彈奏。在房間裏想要開瓶器，給前台打了電話，不到兩分鐘同樓層的工作人員就送過來了，非常迅速。退房時忘在房間裏的東西，在取寄存行李的時候也都幫我們拿下來了，還拿袋子裝好了。很滿意的一次入住。

酒店離大同古城大概1.5km，還是挺近的，開車去古城需要繞一圈所以大概7分鐘。附近步行着可以去印象大同餐館。 我們選的是家庭房，屬於套間，一個雙人床+一個單人床，挺適合全家旅行，就是年代有些久了，2015年開業的，略有些舊了。 亮點是一層有個咖啡空間，可以免費領一杯咖啡。還有活動室可以打牌，公共區域竟然還有一架鋼琴可以隨便彈。 入住酒店還送一些小文創禮物，有冰箱貼、小零食等，孩子肯定喜歡。

房間非常好，有入住伴手禮，前台田文霞經理還給免費升級了行政房，床墊很舒服，消除了旅途的疲勞。早餐很豐盛，沙棘汁很有特色。走的時候還送了現磨咖啡，貼心打包路上喝，寒冷的冬天暖暖地逛大同古城。

服務很體貼，位置很好，靠大馬路，方便打車。離古城也不遠。衞生特別乾淨。到時候前台提供小伴手禮，內容是當地特色的小零食之類。另外送咖啡。酒店歡迎客人的感覺。早餐也還可以。 現磨咖啡:還好
