We stayed at Atmosphere Resort for 6 nights in November, with another couple. We booked the 2-bedroom suite. It was huge with a kitchen, living, and dining area, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and an expansive deck. This resort is gorgeous, I had looked at a lot of photos on-line before we came, and none of them did it justice! We were blown away! We had arranged a Dumaguete tour before we arrived, and our tour guide, Bebett was there to meet us at the airport. He ended up being our guide for most everything we did through Atmosphere resort, and he was amazing! After the tour, we were brought to the resort. At check in, we were able to discuss the things we wanted to do while there, and they arranged it all. We are all divers, and we did some diving. The dive center is top notch, and we pretty much did not have to lift a finger, they took care of getting our stuff and carrying it to the boats. All of the equipment is high quality. We were thoroughly briefed before each dive and were looked after well. Of course, the diving was amazing! I will say though, that the house reef just to the left of the beachfront is as amazing as any of the off-site places we went! It was great just to snorkel at, every day! The restaurant was great, and we ate there every day for Breakfast. Our favorite was the banana, and chocolate French toast. we ate there for 3 dinners and really liked everything. We went out into Dauin the other nights. It's easy to just walk up to the road and flag a trike. We went during the rainy season, and the forecast before we arrived looked like rain every day. We were worried, but it was lovely the vast majority of the time. It does rain a lot in the mountains, but we only had one evening of rain, and it RAINED!! It was fun to watch actually. We did several other tours through the resort. We went to the soup kitchen, which was a highlight! We went to Casaroro waterfall. We did the Valencia tour. We also did the whale shark tour and added the canyoneering which was absolutely amazing! Everything was handled for us, they took care of all of the logistics, and we just got to enjoy it all. I highly recommend Atmosphere resort for both divers, and non-divers. It is more expensive than other places in the area, but we found it to be a very good value, and worth every penny!

Absolutely stunning location! Spent 3 nights here before heading off to another island. Every single member of staff made such a me effort to be friendly and attentive, all very happy and a pleasure to engage with. The dive team were excellent! Beautiful dive in the house reef with exceptional snorkelling. Rustic charm set in utter paradise. Highly recommend!

As far as dive resorts go, Atmosphere is top notch. The diving is excellent, and the dive team clearly knowledgeable about the sites and very helpful. The tech diving department is fully capable of both supporting and training tech diving, including all necessary CCR support. From a resort point of view, the rooms are reasonably large, well equipped and well maintained. Only one out of two restaurants were open during our stay, but the food was good quality and plenty of options. A new set of specials for every meal of the day as well. The only real downside is that, at least by Philippine standards, it’s very pricey.

Super resort! Let’s start from the food, for a diving resort, the food goes beyond expectations. The service is run very professionally and they have a proper chef with a top quality menu. Every single diving spot was excellent, none of them will disappoint you. Of course having Apo Island at your door steps makes the location of the resort incredibly convenient. It is worth to mention that the resort got plenty activities for non divers companion as well. It is a luxury resort, excellent villas, service and food. You will not regret the choice. Good value for the money paid and the service/experience you will receive.

We had the best two week stay - gorgeous resort, incredible food, spectacular service. Magical morning yoga. Candlelight beach dinner. Lovely spa setting with great treatments. Incredible diving with a professional staff. My dive master Arjay was very in tune with how I wanted to dive and what I wanted to see. Macro photographers dream. The largest, most diverse, healthiest coral reef I’ve ever seen at Apo Island.
