Always such a pleasure to stay at Pinnacle Hotel when visiting Davao City. The rooms are always clean and I love the breakfast spread.

It took awhile before our booking was confirmed. No compensation or anything was offered to us for the delay caused from the hotel. Breakfast is ok, amenities is ok.

As always, my daughter enjoys staying in this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Also convenient as the location is near the mall. Will still book this hotelin the future.

While the hotel boasts a luxurious exterior, the room left something to be desired with outdated furnishings. The air conditioner, though effective, tends to be a bit noisy at night. On the positive side, the toilet and bath are clean, offering both hot and cold water. The location is a highlight, conveniently within walking distance of GMALL. However, check-in proved to be a bit time-consuming compared to other hotels. A spacious parking lot at the back is available, but the absence of a backdoor entry from the parking area necessitates a walk to the main lobby. The breakfast, while not outstanding, is satisfactory.

My stay was good however, I think the towels and the linen is quiet old but the staff was so nice (they do apply the mabuhay and Madayaw greetings) and the Front desk was so attentive to my concerns. Thank you so much
