The apartment is in a great location, everything is within walking distance and the beach is right in front of the door. Especially with small children it is good to have everything nearby.

The flat itself was very good, only the many steps upstairs were very arduous for 70 year olds.

The last flight of stairs to the apartment is a chicken ladder. You don't have to be very restricted to have problems with it. The heating was turned down early and only turned up again at 9 a.m. in the morning.
