The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Comfortable accommodations: beds were exceptionally comfortable.

We lost the key to the room and they did not have spare key available, they were asking for rs. 3500 extra for breaking lock by calling up carpenter. Also the manager was rude and asked us not to book this hotel again. In the end, i paid 1000 + 300 (food) extra apart from my stay. Will ask anyone to not book this hotel. They are really total misers and they do not have any responsibility for the room and your belongings.

Location of this hotel is one of the biggest negative point, its just next to Bus Stand and you will find a lot of noise, honking sound from bus stand even at the middle of night. The rooms are spacious, clean and somehow maintained. You can find moisture marks on the wall. The staff is not so active and prompt as they should be. The food is pathetic.
