Sebelum menempah, saya melihat ramai orang mengatakan bahawa makanan di sini tidak sedap, dan saya sangat gementar. Apabila saya makan bufet sarapan pagi, saya dapati ia okey, tetapi tidak ada banyak jenis, tetapi kualitinya okey. Ia adalah kemudahan untuk mengadu. Tiada petak berasingan untuk tandas dan pancuran mandian. Adalah difahami bahawa reka bentuk itu tidak dipertimbangkan pada masa itu. Tetapi apa yang tidak dapat difahami ialah, tidak bolehkah kita menambah tirai mandi? Selepas mandi, bilik air terpercik dan bersepah. Kalau nak pergi tandas atau gosok gigi nanti, maaf, kena masuk.

I travel to Doon every week for business reasons, this time I booked this hotel & it comes as a worst decision of my life. Staff is rude AF and basic things like “lift” not working. They offer breakfast where they serve “Aloo sabzi and puri” where puri is full of oil and in the name of bread toast they serve cold toasted bread with local butter and for Jam you have to ask them 3-4 times. I ask for omelette and they give me a look like I ask for there property papers. Very bad experience and condition of room is pretty bad as they use dirty linens. In washroom exhaust was not working. I would love to rate them negative but unfortunately I don’t have this option.

Room No. 16 was the room we were given once we arrived at the hotel . It had no view .. it overlooked an alley Gutter . The room had stained bed sheets and no internet/ Wifi. So within 15 mins we decided to either check out or request for an upgrade. We paid extra and moved to a better room . Which was a bit larger and cleaner. Due diligence required while booking and during check in required. The hospitality at the hotel was average. And house keeping could be improved.

Excellent ambience. The whole place is a complete vibe with positivity and serenity. Great food and very good management staff. They're well behaved and will cater your every need. All the facilities provided are very cozy and opulent. Must have experience for everyone.

Booked this hotel for my friends and family through online because better deals found . Location was little far from tapovan and jhula around 6 km but we'll because heavy traffic inside the city . Reached hotel early hours but thanks to reception guys to accomodate us without late. Nicely maintained hotel with beautiful reception areas . Good specious room with fullfill amenities. Rooms was clean and prompt services by housekeeping. Food on rooftop was excellent. Stay here 2 night and enjoyed every moment at hotel with good services

Such a beautiful place to stay. The staff were kind and helpful The resort's location is excellent the view from the room was soo good and The food served in the restaurant was delicious...the swimming pool and the spa were amazing .would definately recommend my friends

Merits* 1. Great location 2. Great sanitation 3. Good maintenance 4. Dining is good 5. Well decorated 6. Good house keeping 7. Well constructed 8. Nestled in forest cons 1. Poor response by the lobby 2. Everything takes time there. Nothing happens soon. 3. No spa and therapies were available 4. Due to restaurant at the top floor, it's difficult to stay down. 5. Amenities needs to be improved. 6. Inhouse doctor and transportation is a must and should.
