Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Zhejiang, China

We booked the room with river view & balcony. Was assigned to building #76, hosted by an incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hospitable host. Despite the language barrier, everyone has been very kind & helpful. The included breakfast was hearty and delicious. On the 2nd morning, we opted to have the infamoud Zao Cha Ke breakfast at the Floating Market - an experience that must NOT be missed by visitors. The prices are reasonable, we ended up feeling very stuffed & contented, having spent the included 60 yuan (30 yuan pp) credit for the Zao Cha Ke. Wuzhen is a beautiful place. Despite the crowd, there'd always be a spot where you can appreciate the charm of the idyllic water town. The streets and alleys are incredibly clean too, kudos to the elderly workers who are everywhere and practically picked up every single debris they saw.

Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah yang besar di sebelah hotel. Anda boleh mendapatkan KFC, Starbucks dan Pizzahut dengan mudah dalam masa 3 minit. Kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang melawat Hangzhou.

The staff at Borrman hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm welcome and attentive service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean. The plush bedding and amenities provided a haven of relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.Located in a prime area with easy access to attractions and public transportation, [Hotel Name] provides the perfect base for exploring the city. Its central location made it convenient to visit key landmarks and return to the hotel with ease.

Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.

這次入住體驗整體很滿意。前台辦理入住效率高，工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有問題諮詢也都耐心解答。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，晚上休息得很好。早餐種類豐富，熱菜、麪點、水果都有，味道中規中矩但勝在新鮮，吃得很舒心。整體性價比不錯，出行方便，下次來這邊還會考慮入住。

We are from the Netherlands and had a very good stay here in Wenzhou the first couplet of days. Hotel was good, very friendly staff. The rooms are not smoke free which was hard to get it arena but the staff did their best to book us rooms that were better after we asjes for a different room.

We stayed here for 8 nights. As first timers in Hangzhou, we were very impressed with the location and how the hotel still kept up it's cleanliness standards despite being an aged hotel. To the left upon exiting the lobby with a 15 mins lesiurely stroll, u get the upmarket shopping n dining. To the right in about the same time will be a long stretch of Yan'an road shopping mallssss and many choices of food options too. For lazy days, there is also Kerry Centre (next to Decathlon building and just 3 mins walk from hotel) that has food and shopping.To the back will be Wulin night market n West Lake further out. Breakfast buffet was also a highlight for us. Being Asian, there is no lack of noods, porridge, stir fry dishes etc. They also provide sneak preview options of local delicacies like 片川儿 (soup or dry noods)，葱包桧 (much like pressed dough fritters + spring onions) , 豆腐脑 （tasted like smoked soy curds) before u dive into the main portions outside which I found helpful. For a more western palate, there is a live egg station, bacon, sausages, cornflakes etc too. Subway/MTR is literally downstairs. For those travelling with elderly or baby prams, the escalator is for coming up to the road surface n stairs for down although a wheelchair lift ramp is attached. Do request for smoke free levels in the hotel if u prefer cleaner air for the lungs. Hotel staff were very friendly generally, special shout out to Alice from the front desk who helped arranged for the late checkout n extension (additional charges of cos) . Housekeeping was superb too . If I had to nitpick, sound proofing can be better as our room (620) faced a very busy intersection n the rubber seals for window is worn out with gaps. Traffic noise with honks woke us early everyday. There are self service laundry rooms on 5F n 8F. If we are ever back to HZ, we will choose to stay at Zhejiang hotel again. Please keep up the good work and we hope you can continue to upgrade the facade n rooms (we noticed 5F looked renovated) Thank you!

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and overall we have no complaints about the hotel itself. The property is very well located — only about six minutes by car from the airport. This was exactly why we chose it: we were arriving very late, close to 1 a.m., and we were traveling with our 4-year-old child. We needed a hotel as close as possible so we could get some sleep immediately after landing. Another important criterion for us was a good breakfast, to wake up, eat, and continue our trip. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. Everything necessary was provided, and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean. However, there is one major issue that future guests should be aware of. If you arrive late at night and choose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, please take a taxi and do not rely on the hotel’s pickup service. This was our biggest disappointment. We spent almost an hour trying to follow the directions sent to us via WeChat, but the staff were not able to provide clear instructions. They also never mentioned that the shuttle runs only once per hour at fixed times. For example, the shuttle time was 1:08 a.m., and we landed at 12:30 a.m. If the staff had simply told us that we could not make it, we would have taken a taxi immediately. Instead, we received a message at 1:07 saying “please hurry,” even though we had been walking in the completely wrong direction due to unclear guidance. Traveling with a child, we lost more than an hour and then had to wait outside even longer. Breakfast was another point of confusion. At check-in, we were told breakfast was served until 10:30. We arrived at 10:35, only to learn it actually ends at 10:00. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were extremely kind and prepared breakfast especially for us — eggs, salad, bread, yogurt for the child, and fruit. This human touch truly made a difference, and we appreciate their warm service. Overall, this is a good hotel with an excellent location, but the information about the shuttle service and breakfast times should be communicated more clearly. I hope this helps other travelers plan better. 我们入住的是 Holiday Inn Express（智选假日酒店）。总体来说，酒店本身没有任何问题。位置非常好，离机场开车大约 6 分钟。因为我们是凌晨一点左右抵达，而且带着 4 岁的孩子，所以需要一家离机场最近的酒店，方便一到就可以休息。另外，我们也很看重早餐，希望早上吃过早餐后继续行程。 房间很宽敞，床非常舒服，床品质量很好，房间里所需用品也都齐全。卫生间设施也很新、很好。 但是有一点非常重要，希望未来的客人一定注意： 如果您是深夜抵达，并且因为酒店离机场近才选择这里，请直接打车，不要依赖酒店的接驳车服务。这是我们此行最大的失望。我们根据酒店工作人员通过微信发来的指引找出口，几乎找了一个小时，但指引非常不清晰。更重要的是，他们完全没有告诉我们酒店的接驳车是固定时刻、每小时只有一班。 例如，当天接驳车时间是 1:08，我们在 12:30 落地。如果工作人员能直接告诉我们赶不上这班车，我们肯定第一时间就会打车，而不是继续盲目寻找。结果我们在 1:07 收到“请快点”的消息，但由于方向完全错误，我们反而越走越远。带着孩子，这段折腾让我们损失了一个多小时，之后还要在外面继续等待，非常辛苦。 早餐方面也出现了信息不一致的问题。办理入住时被告知早餐供应到 10:30，但我们 10:35 到达时才发现早餐其实只到 10:00。幸好餐厅的工作人员非常友善，为我们专门做了早餐——煎蛋、沙拉、面包、给孩子的酸奶和水果。他们的贴心服务让我们非常感动。 总体来说，这是一家位置极佳的好酒店，但需要在接驳车服务和早餐时间的沟通方面更加清晰。希望这条评价能帮助其他旅客更好地规划行程。

Room was clean and tidy, the hotel itself was located in a popular area right on the shopping street and surrounded by good restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, I was even given a free upgrade to a room with a view.
