Menginap di dalam bandar di salah satu homestay ini sangat bagus! Anda boleh mengambil kereta tarikan secara percuma yang benar-benar menyelamatkan kaki saya dari berjalan jauh. Anda juga boleh berjalan di sekitar bandar tanpa orang ramai yang lain. Penginapan bersih dan selesa, penjaga juga sangat baik. Sila ambil perhatian, jika anda tiba dengan bagasi, daftar masuk di Pusat Pelancong #1 supaya mereka boleh dihantar ke homestay anda. Tidak mustahil untuk membawa mereka ke homestay dari pusat pelancong #2 kerana terdapat terlalu banyak jambatan di bandar ini.

This hotel enjoys an excellent location with great convenience. It is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station and the West Lake scenic area, and just a 3-minute walk to the popular IN77 shopping mall. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-kept, providing a comfortable living environment. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful service from Ms. Zhang Weimin, the lobby manager. She was very attentive and patient, giving detailed introductions to the surrounding environment and useful suggestions for getting around Hangzhou. Her professional and warm service made my stay much more enjoyable. With such a prime location, clean facilities and considerate service, this hotel offers superb value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Hangzhou and highly recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

The staff at Borrman hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm welcome and attentive service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean. The plush bedding and amenities provided a haven of relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.Located in a prime area with easy access to attractions and public transportation, [Hotel Name] provides the perfect base for exploring the city. Its central location made it convenient to visit key landmarks and return to the hotel with ease.

Staff are helpful. To get to Tian Yi square there is still a distance. It is near Metro station and convenient to get around.

Normally book hotels which have opened within 6 months. This hotel states it opened in 2025 , but upon checking in there is no way it was opened in 2025. The finishes are worn, and it was cleanish but the bathroom just felt dirty with the black mould build up. Around it . It also felt somewhat mis-matched. The lobby is beautiful tho. And the free ice cream was delicious. The bedding was clean and comfy. But the first room I was given the bath mat had a stain what looked like blood. The second room reeked of old cigarette smoke I don’t know how in 2025 we are still allowing smoking in public establishments! The bedding smelt . Also the cleaning staff were quite rude when I asked for the bedding to be changed after waking up and realising there was a stain. Made me think there were bedbugs. She said no and then found ways to justify the stain and at its normal: that left a bad taste in my mouth. The breakfast was terrible for a westerner and a vegetarian, no cofeee no toast , no yoghurt

We stayed here for 8 nights. As first timers in Hangzhou, we were very impressed with the location and how the hotel still kept up it's cleanliness standards despite being an aged hotel. To the left upon exiting the lobby with a 15 mins lesiurely stroll, u get the upmarket shopping n dining. To the right in about the same time will be a long stretch of Yan'an road shopping mallssss and many choices of food options too. For lazy days, there is also Kerry Centre (next to Decathlon building and just 3 mins walk from hotel) that has food and shopping.To the back will be Wulin night market n West Lake further out. Breakfast buffet was also a highlight for us. Being Asian, there is no lack of noods, porridge, stir fry dishes etc. They also provide sneak preview options of local delicacies like 片川儿 (soup or dry noods)，葱包桧 (much like pressed dough fritters + spring onions) , 豆腐脑 （tasted like smoked soy curds) before u dive into the main portions outside which I found helpful. For a more western palate, there is a live egg station, bacon, sausages, cornflakes etc too. Subway/MTR is literally downstairs. For those travelling with elderly or baby prams, the escalator is for coming up to the road surface n stairs for down although a wheelchair lift ramp is attached. Do request for smoke free levels in the hotel if u prefer cleaner air for the lungs. Hotel staff were very friendly generally, special shout out to Alice from the front desk who helped arranged for the late checkout n extension (additional charges of cos) . Housekeeping was superb too . If I had to nitpick, sound proofing can be better as our room (620) faced a very busy intersection n the rubber seals for window is worn out with gaps. Traffic noise with honks woke us early everyday. There are self service laundry rooms on 5F n 8F. If we are ever back to HZ, we will choose to stay at Zhejiang hotel again. Please keep up the good work and we hope you can continue to upgrade the facade n rooms (we noticed 5F looked renovated) Thank you!

I had a 21 hour transit flight at Hangzhou. Haoyi Hotel appeared in trip.com app and showed it's very close to the airport. As my departure flight is at 9:30AM early in the morning, I decided to choose the hotel with easy access to the airport without rushing. The hotel is only one station away via Metro Line 7 and walking distance of 550m from Xingang station. The hotel is clean and newly renovated. The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to the airport - arrangement made during check-in at the reception counter at the lobby.

Very central location, directly in town center pedestrian street, well established something like hotel de ville. Nice breakfast and powerful adjustable aircon. Lots of parks, dining and shopping opportunitird in walking distance, wonderful breakfast on 8!floor
