The location is great 😃 gives feel of Switzerland, good food specially north Indian, hospitality is good staff always smiling, enough activities for kids, but WiFi is a bit of problem here, should not miss the track to mount virat, over all good experience

Nice views, peaceful calm and hygienic place, good food, soft spoken and helpful staff, must try there SPA therapist Vinod is excellent, they had only male therapist, but my wife enjoyed foot massage and head massage. Evening tea at sundeck cafe with veg pakoras was awesome

This resort is so beautiful in the rainy season, best location good food, the track to ruines virat qilla is just 20 mins and the 360 degree view from there is fabulous. Don't forget to try there Spa, therapist vinod is exceptionally good. The resort is 20 kms from main Chakrata but it's more beautiful than being in Chakrata

The place is nice on a hill top with 360 view, food was good, staff is so humble never say no for any thing, specially the chief Ritesh, as I was traveling with a senior citizen and small kid he took care of our special requirements for the ordered food.

The place is very scenic and peaceful, not overcrowded like the popular hillstations.. great for some quiet time. Enjoyed trekking around.. got some cool photos to paint later. There is no wifi so can be tough if you are planning to work from there. But overall, it was perfect for what I was looking for. Rooms were comfortable and Service was good considering the remote location.

If anyone happens to see the kitchen then you will not eat food there. It's so dirty and full of flies. There's no internet in the property. If your expectations are high seeing the price then you will be disappointed, cleanliness is the last priority of the hotel. Rooms are dirty n filled with flies. Used n dirty towels supplied in the room. Payment is taken in advance so that you have no option of leaving the property.

Awesome Hospitality, Awesome Location, Awesome Resort, Awesome Food, Awesome service The resort's location is truly breathtaking. Surrounded by the beauty of the mountains, the views from my room and around the resort were simply stunning. It provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. The culinary experience satisfactory with good service. I look forward to visiting again, l am writing this type of post as it's a must visit place for those who loves to explore heaven type view And overall AWESOME LOCATION, Recommended strongly to all the friends and relatives

Amazing ambience, cozy vibes, best views. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Their short menu serves great taste. Just a tip that anyone visiting should carry all the necessary items as its at a distance place so the markets are not around. Best for calm and peaceful moods. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sidus Galaxy. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. First and foremost, I booked our rooms almost two months in advance, paying a 50% deposit and specifically requesting upper-floor rooms. Upon arrival, the reception staff bluntly denied our request, citing a larger group that had arrived after us as the reason. Begrudgingly, we accepted the rooms assigned to us, only to find them in appalling condition. There were hundreds of flies in the room and bathroom, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to address the issue. The lack of Wi-Fi service only added to our frustration, leaving us with no means of entertainment other than swatting flies. Then they donot have any backups for electricity cuts, the first night we had was almost under darkness only. My kids (4 years, 1 year) suffered highly due the lack of basic amenties. The problems continued with the breakfast service. Each day, we were served the same tasteless food with no variation in the menu. Other guests, who had been staying for three days, also complained about this monotony. The kitchen staff’s unprofessionalism was evident when I asked them to prepare a paratha without any red or green chili for my child, who is allergic to chili. Despite this, they served us a paratha with extra chili, causing my child significant discomfort. Overall, the food was mediocre with limited options, and the service was far from satisfactory. Given the high rates charged by Sidus Galaxy, one would expect a far better experience. Instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior and substandard conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
