I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sidus Galaxy. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. First and foremost, I booked our rooms almost two months in advance, paying a 50% deposit and specifically requesting upper-floor rooms. Upon arrival, the reception staff bluntly denied our request, citing a larger group that had arrived after us as the reason. Begrudgingly, we accepted the rooms assigned to us, only to find them in appalling condition. There were hundreds of flies in the room and bathroom, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to address the issue. The lack of Wi-Fi service only added to our frustration, leaving us with no means of entertainment other than swatting flies. Then they donot have any backups for electricity cuts, the first night we had was almost under darkness only. My kids (4 years, 1 year) suffered highly due the lack of basic amenties. The problems continued with the breakfast service. Each day, we were served the same tasteless food with no variation in the menu. Other guests, who had been staying for three days, also complained about this monotony. The kitchen staff’s unprofessionalism was evident when I asked them to prepare a paratha without any red or green chili for my child, who is allergic to chili. Despite this, they served us a paratha with extra chili, causing my child significant discomfort. Overall, the food was mediocre with limited options, and the service was far from satisfactory. Given the high rates charged by Sidus Galaxy, one would expect a far better experience. Instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior and substandard conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
