I stayed here for a night and overall it was a great stay. Check in and check out was smooth. A lady at the reception was very quick at the time of check out. Breakfast spread was not that great but if you ask the staff to provide you which is not there in breakfast they will arrange it for you. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is good but if you are coming by your own vehicle then you may have to struggle for the parking. There are lots of shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is in a mall. Overall it was a good experience and I would like to recommend this hotel for the fellow travellers.

It’s very good to stay. Use check in entry for hotel , don’t use common gate. You can do shopping in a single place. You can have various options of food at food mall which is at 4th floor. All stuff members are very good and prompt responses have been received while stay.

The experience of sonotel service is very nice. Room and premises were also good fully neat and clean. The best thing experienced that i check-in at 11.55 pm midnight, at that time Sudhir kumar Modi, a staff of restaurant service was very cooperative. He arranged my dinner at midnight in good manner with fresh items. This type of person required in every success business and public service work. Thanks Sonotel and thank you Sudhir Modi ji. Hope will meet again. ❤️

Very comfortable & clean rooms. Located at prime location this shall be the preferred choice for travellers. Malls are nearby & adjacent located Bombay Sweets is worth a visit. Service is good and the restaurant is quite good, eventhough the breakfast buffet menu could have been slightly better.

It was a good experience and service and the staff is very cordial. I loved my stay and would recommend visiting my friends and relatives when they are in Dhanbad. Also, the hotel has a mall connected from the 5th floor for shopping, leisure, and entertainment.

It has always been great experience for me to stay at Hotel Sonotel. Their services are amazing and staffs are very cooperative. I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Sonotel! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I especially appreciated the extra touches, such as fresh flowers and a welcome note. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 5 stars!"

Wonderful soothing atmosphere, very clean & hygienic, location excellent, though the road is busy yet the same will not create any hindrance in entering the hotel. Plenty of car parking facilities. Personnel are well educated & well behaved. Beautiful restaurant, moderate price according to the status of the hotel. Excellent complimentary breakfast with full of diversity. I am fully satisfied and strongly recommend others for staying in this hotel at Dhanbad. Mr.Arko Nandy you are fabulous. Please convey my regards to you all. My best wishes will always be with you. 🙏

Stay was very much pleasant. Working staff was polite and decent , room service is very much prompt, food quality is good, yummy and delicious Anyone who visits to Dhanbad either with family or for business reason must stay at Sonotel hotel.

Nice room and courteous staff. It's great experience. Love to visit again. Food is good. Bar is excellent. Rooms are well decorated. Breakfast platter are good. Nearby market place so one can do shopping.
