Nice location. Clean & hygienic environment. Good staff behavior. Nice food but costly. Clean rooms.

The amount they had charged for room was not worthy. Unhygienic room. Complimentary breakfast has only one option of food either this or that.

Excellent experience at the hotel. Great location in the heart of the city. Just 7 to 10 minutes from railway station main entrance and 5 minutes from the entrance towards platform 5. Spacious rooms and toilet. Satisfactorily hygienic. Safe for family. Good and well behaved staff. Service promptness good. The food quality and taste is also good but felt slightly overpriced. Overall the experience was good.

This hotel facilities were found more than expectations. Large room and toilet, writing desk, electric kettle, fridge are available. Cordial service. Location is also good and on the main road. Just above jana lakshmi bank. All necessary shops and restaurants are available around. The hotel also serves food. No inconvenience faced.

Washroom is bad. Otherwise ok. Need to improve. Food prices are higher than expected. Hotel location is ok. Staff behavior is good. Need more attentive at reception.
