We visited Maya World as 5 people family. The hotel is situated in a nice area by the sea. The Staff in the restaurant and in the bar was very nice, their work was really hard and they did good job. The food.was tasty, it was nice to take part in a Turkish day. For me and my family food was tasty enough, three was a lot of various food to choose. The animations for children were nice and funny. For adults too- the animators also do good job. Nearby,there is a possibility to do water sports. The manager was nice and helpful. The biggest disadvatange is for cleaning. We were accommodated in a dirty room, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. There were someones hair on the basin, the toalet was dirty ,the shelf on the bathroom was dirty too. The room was cleaned everyday but cleaned is too good word- the floor was washed, only the main corridor on the floor. Sometimes there was the lack of towels. The room we were on needs to be renowated. Despite od the cleaning and the room I recommend to go to Maya World for holidsys.

Excellent stay at the brand new Anda Barut. The hotel is massive, the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you, they really are a credit to the hotel. The rooms are great, the mini bar is always restocked and the rooms are always kept spotless by the cleaners. You can order a drink(s) to your sunbed and it to be brought to you by one of the staff on skates - they are all brilliant, friendly and work so hard. There is access to a small beach and to the water slides - which is fun to do. There is plenty to do, with several restaurants and bars to choose from. A few of them you can visit for lunch, however the Ala carte restaurants need to be booked in the evening and this can be quite the challenge on the app as if you don’t book at 9am on the dot there is no chance of getting in them, there is often limited spaces or none at all on the app (even though you are told by the staff to use the app to book the restaurants, unless there is another way that we weren’t told about?) - it can be so frustrating! All the restaurants have QR codes to view the menus. There are plenty of options in the large buffet restaurant - the issue we found at times is that the food can be lukewarm. I have stayed at the acanthus cennet hotel in Side and we booked a swim up room which we regretted doing as the water was so cold and there was lack of sun and unfortunately it is the same for this hotel - although it looks good and nice to have a sun terrace and a swim up pool, by late morning the sun has gone (depending on what section of the hotel you stay in) and the water is very cold. Luckily there are plenty of sun beds throughout the hotel and never an issue to get one. If you are staying in the adult zone be prepared for building work noise, it has recently just started across the way, so no doubt going to cause noise issue for the next year or so! It goes on ALL day and into the evening. The entertainment team work very hard - it is hit and miss but overall not too bad. We will definitely return at some point in the future, hopefully the app, Ala carte booking system will be refined and building work across the way will be completed by then.

We have been here for 11 nights, we booked an apartment for a family of 5 with Yosuf. The apartment was across the road from the little complex, it was perfect for us, clean spacious with all amenities including a washing machine which I was delighted with and a washing line on the balcony. The apartment is cleaned with fresh linen everyday unless you request otherwise, We also had a free breakfast every morning with a wide variety of choices from full english breakfast to turkish breakfast. The food is top quality and the staff are brilliant. Mahmut, the head waiter, Cemalnaz and Bulent were excellent along with the other staff made us very welcome abd couldn't do enough for us. Yosuf and his wife and family are always on hand to help aswell. The sunset here is amazing, we would 100 per cent recommend this place to stay in Turkey and experience a lovely family holiday

Well just come back from TUNTAS BEACH HOTEL. ALTINKUM our second visit this year. Absolutely fabulous once more. First with grateful thanks to Mustafa Cem Tuntas, The great manager Sadik and his family , and Tamer. We always find the food excellent so much choice from the salad bar and the hot meals also the cakes and fruit etc so much thanks to Zeki and all the chefs also all the boys in the restaurant for their excellent service. Grateful thanks to all reception staff and bell boys always a good morning and smile off them all. Housekeepers excellent always busy keeping the rooms spotless and Yasemin. Our biggest love to NILGUN our housekeeper who couldn’t do enough for us our room always spotless beautiful flowers in there and a bowl of beautiful fruit. Looks after us so well. Next the pool bar boys well fantastic my husband is partially disabled they couldn’t do enough for us always happy cheerful and ready for a laugh we loved them all Kerem on animation great person. Erhan on the beach always looking after us. The entertainment in the evening was beautiful the hotel was full all the time and to see all the guests so enjoying themselves. We found the Turkish people so friendly always coming to say a few words and heaps of photos together. Our most favourite nights of all is a Turkish night where their national anthem is sung flags flying fireworks going off everyone around the pool singing wonderful. Thank you all for making our holiday so so special. Can’t wait for next year keep safe all xxxx
