Family room is so spacious and cute with spongebob and soccer theme. It is value for money, with impeccable services provided by the front office ladies. They are so patient in answering our queries and even helped us to book local tour. The location is fantastic with the drum tower shopping area on the left and night market on the right, all within walking distances. I will definitely book this hotel again when I'm back. Thank you ladies for being so gracious and smiley all the time!😊😇

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

I booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

Room was very clean, breakfast was delicious. Front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Yinchuan.

未來艙新穎體驗還是很不錯，智能操控，但是衞生一般，可能沙漠裏條件有限，早晚餐品種很少，最讓人意外的是主打親子的酒店餐廳沒有小童餐具，管家服務迴應基本沒有，等好久不回覆再打語音電話過去，入住當晚沒有很多遊客，但是服務響應很慢，希望酒店提升服務，晚上的篝火表演還是挺好的，很有特色，宇航員服裝拍照非讓先發小紅書才能免費，而且衣服非常非常臟，脖圈全是黑的，衣服也破破的，給的鞋子還是不一樣的，雖然出片，但是一言難盡，總體來説體驗過一次足以，非要住沙漠裏，親子還是相對星星酒店更好
