Ulasan Residence Inn Brussels Airport

I was surprised not to have a global lamp button close to the bed that switch off all the lamps at once. (room 303) I had to go to the door, close all the lamp, and return in my bed when all was dark. Very surprised in Marriott ! Normal hotels elswhere and a global switch near the bed.

部屋が広くて、清潔でとても快適でした。ソファや小さいバーカウンター、キッチンが付いておりとても楽しい滞在になりました。テレビにはスマホの画面を写すことができたので、友人とYoutubeを見て楽しみました。シャトルバスがなかったり、まわりに何もないので立地は悪いですがホテル自体はとても良かったです。

特別好，還有廚具，冰箱等，像個單身公寓

The hotel was easy to find and we arrived when it was dark. It was impossible to see the parking in the front of the hotel since none of the lights were on. In addition, the lights on the street and in the area were not on and it makes it difficult to drive at night. The breakfast hot food was cold, not even lukewarm which makes it very unappetizing.

Location near the airport, clean and quiet hotel, very spacious rooms. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. The only disadvantage I noticed is the inconsistency of public transportation namely busses (only 1 line actually serves the connection between the hotel and the airport/ city centre) so it gets difficult to roam to the city.

This was a very good place to stay in so many respects. It was close to a train station (walkable).which allowed be to use the remaining time I had in Belgium to travel back to Brussels. It also enabled me to take the train to the airport. I at the the hotel and found the food to be of very good quality. The buffet breakfast was first class. My room was one of those ones with an area where I could have prepared my own meals. It was a very comfortable room to be in. This is definitely a place I would stay at again and would strongly recommend to other travelers.

Arrived early and asked for early check in, the receptionist didn’t even check on her computer to see if there would be any rooms available and told us to come back by the scheduled check in time. We were willing to pay for early check in, but were not offered that. Something that would be nice to offer to guests who arrive early due to a red eye flight. Apart from that - the rooms were very nice! The floors could have been cleaned a little better, and there was some dust on the nightstands, but apart from that, very nice rooms. Enjoyed the spacious and clean kitchen and the good sized fridge. Breakfast was good, not too many options, but it was fresh and they kept it stocked at all times. Very nice for a couple to stay for a weekend in Brussels. Easy access to bus and tram that takes you into the city for only €2.50 per ride. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The hotel was very clean and the design felt more like a boutique hotel which I really liked it too. The service was also excellent and I would stay there again.

Loved that the dining room was open. Great limited menu! Room was nice and staff was friendly and helpful.

Very close to airport; public transportation to get to airport. Breakfast included and very nice. Nice Nespresso machine in room.

Staff were most helpful and welcoming. I got an upgrade for my room and the view was gorgeous and relaxing. Exactly what was needed for transit between long intercontinental flights.

Front desk was helpful and kind. Coffee all day was perfect. Breakfast fit the bill.
