Check in was fast and absolutely pleasant. We could check in an hour early. I will give over 10 stars to the staff. They are efficient, pleasant and with right hospitality mind. Our room was spacious, spot on. Good air-con and ample hot water. Big decent tv. Full shaving kit was there. In my previous review i have mentioned about the mattress being spring and sinking in the middle making it was hard to sleep but the next room’s mattress was good. Room rate included free breakfast and it was wonderful. There was a really good array. Perfect breakfast consisting of something for everyone. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. Big points trom us. Room service meals we ordered were also really good. Location is great. Not far from the attractions. We had a great stay. We recommend them.

Total Vietnam experience, the front rooms are basic but comfortable with the street life coming up at you on the balcony. The small rooms are best for an overnight stay before you catch the bus to Sampa (which they can help you with a ticket). Of all the places we stayed in Vietnam this had the best food. Scooters to rent and all the local help you need.

In a lesser visited part of Vietnam, this is a great stop while touring the northnorthwest with a bike, or travel from Laos to Hanoi. Situated in the somewhat dusty Dien Bien Phu this is a great travellers stop. Loved the vibes. Clean rooms, good rate. English is well spoken ( google translate can only get you so far in a conversation) , the nextdoor lady cooks up nice food and a stonethrow is away a great coffee place. Proper motorbike tours can be booked here ( its licensed company, not the crappy unregulated stuff where you lose a limb or a life ). Hence: Highly recommended. ( normally i get bit bit suspicious with all perfect reviews, here these are well earned ).
