Safe and secure for family. Rooms are good with ample space and all the required amenities. Beverage services are also up to the mark. Only one remark, if you required extra bad in the room the policy should be clear with make my trip as i had to pay extra charges for additional bad although i mentioned additional bad request in the make my trip application.

Nice and comfortable stay. Proper room size, neet and clean. Awesome experience of cidade diu stay. Enjoyed swimming pool as well as food quality.

Reaching at hotel location was a big task itself due to bad location and inside small street on a slope and as we reached there the security guard treated us rudely and told us to park anywhere on the road on owner's risk as there is no dedicated parking at hotel. Secondly the reception staff was rude and arrogant treating us like anything. When we ordered food the quality was ok not so good not so bad but the room service guy was behaving like he's the president of india. Anything we ordered was delivered to us after 1 hr and the room service guy was very rude and asked us for money. The swimming pool condition was also not good as water was dirty and smelling very bad. Summing up its the worst place to stay we can get more better options in this price point there are many hotels nearby.

First road is block due to maintanance so we have to park car far away and they taking very longer time to come for taking your bags 2nd they don't have in room food allocation they having very conservative limited time for it like restaurant will serve you till 10. 30 i m traveller i just reached hotel at that time so no food at-least you have to provide your guest who staying in your hotel need to provide food we are ready to pay you double 3 no towel at first place available in room even asking for it provided towel was dusty experience was not good

The only selling point they have is swimming pool other than that nothing was good. firstly rooms was not clean at the time of check in, there were holes in every side of matters when we ask for change of room they didn't listen to us 😞, room service was also not good. I paid extra for Breakfast while making a booking but they have different menu for complimentary breakfast and on site pay breakfast. overall it was not worth the money and I would not suggest anyone to stay in. Value your money and choose better option.

Hotel ambience and property is good, well cleaned, staffs were responsive. However, they are not attentive would say not much attentive and friendly towards guest. May be that would not be the case for each and every staff, but i found guy on a reception at night being lazy and not attentive. The room key which i had submitted to the desk was lying in front of hime and he was still checking the cctv footage as in whether i had submitted the keys or not. Such incidents actually disturbs anyone’s plan and spoil your mood which had actually happened with me.

Nice swiming pool, very near to fort road, reastourant and bar are excellent. Car parking is challenging otherwise somebody can park their car at nearby govt parking which is payable rs. 50 per 12 hour.

It was a memorable stay at this property the hospitality was good and a decent property especially for. Family travel-ling with children where in they can spend quality time in swimming pool. The food was good
