Excellent accueil! La Résidence est très bien placée, à 2 pas du centre-ville, du Lac de Divonne, et à quelques kms des pistes... Le personnel est d'une gentillesse... les espaces communs, les appartements sont très propres. Nous avions un duplex, literie excellente (très important...)! Les petits - : la SDB est exigue et a besoin d'être rénovée, il manque un petit four dans la cuisine... Mais ce sont des détails...

Ich weiß nicht, welcher Münchhausen die Hotelbeschreiben geschrieben hat. Auf jeden Fall hatte derjenige mehr als einen Joint geraucht. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Der Eingang dreckig, verklebt und ungepflegt. Leider kann ich nicht durch Wände gehen und musste die Tür anlangen um sie zu öffnen. Das war die erste Überwindung für die Übernachtung hier. Der nächste Schreck war der rechte Aufzug. Hier war der Spiegl mit irgendeinem Sabber beschmiert, da kommen alle Phantasien hoch, die man wirklich nicht sehen möchte. Im 3. Stock angekommen traf mich dann der Schlag. Wie Jesus kann ich leider nicht über Wasser gehen. Wäre hier aber angebracht gewesen. Ich bin jetzt Mitte 50 aber ich kann euch sagen, dass ich mein Lebtag noch nie do einen dreckigen Teppichboden gesehen habe. Der war schwarz, braun, hellbraun-ach was einfach ekelig. Nach all diesen Schrecken sind wir im Zimmer angekommen. Na ja. Erwarte nichts, dann kannst du nicht enttäuscht werden. Das einzige, was ich hier als gut bewerten kann ist, das das Bettzeug und die Handtücher sauber waren. Kurz um, wer hier ein Zimmer bucht ist selber schuld. Meine Bewertung ist - 5!!!

Ultra modern and luxurious hotel. Extremely quiet and perfectly positioned next to the motorway for travelling but not so close that you will hear the traffic. Friendly reception staff. Iced lemon water available for free at the bar. Grounds of the hotel are lovely and modern with luxurious looking approach paths. Rooms was spotless, very modern and luxurious. Not they expensive for what you get! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I needed a hotel for one night, as my friends were picking up the next day to head to the ski resort. I took the 66 bus from the airport that drop me off six minutes away from the hotel. 45 min bus fr Geneva city centre. Lots of construction in the area. Pleasant hotel, lovely common area, very modern . The room has a kitchenette, which I found pleasantly surprising as I got to make tea and porridge in the morning. The toilet room is separate from the shower room, but that's OK, very spacious, and would love to stay there again .

This was a perfect place for a one-night stay before our early morning flight from Geneva. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast, which is available from 6am, was simple but enough for what we needed.

We arrived at 11pm, tired due to a long flight delay. We were hungry and no food was available. We asked the receptionist if we could just have a drink from the bar behind her. She said no. There was no apology. I explained that if we'd arrived at an Accor or Radisson hotel they be able to help us. She just shrugged her shoulders. She wouldn't even provide fresh milk for my wife to make a cup of tea in the room. The check in was also time consuming and complicated. I was asked to pay for the room on arrival. I did this using my American Express card. I was then bizarrely asked for a €250 deposit. The receptionist explained that while I could use Amex for the room the €250 could not be paid on Amex, so I had to pay this on a Visa. I'd paid for the room in full and in advance so why was I being asked for more money? I get a breakage deposit if you're staying a week at a fully equipped apartment but this was just a double room with a bathroom. We were offered breakfast in our welcome email at €8.50 each but this was charged at €29 for two on our departure. Despite the coffee machine not working and there being nothing hot to eat left at 9am. Not good. The room itself was very nice, shame about the staff and ludicrous check in deposit situation.
