Rooms are comfortable and neat, just thought the curtains were not good enough. Location is great, view is amazing and breakfast was pretty good.

A five star experience with good sized rooms, gym, location close to all attractions and excellent customer service. Good breakfast with lots of choice and good service and smiling staff all over keen to make your stay an unforgettable one. Daine to name one staff at the breakfast for being so attentive to good service and always with genuine smile.

I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax. I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were amazing, clean and well kept.

The hotel is new , clean, and nice. A little far from interest location. We had several problem : one of it was that we found dirty towel in the room and full of makeup and it was supposed to be clean.

Это новый и очень красивый отель. Наверное, это лучший отель, в котором я когда либо останавливалась! Очень вкусные завтраки, обеды и ужины, приветливые официанты, на ресепшене всегда рады помочь, дали переходник, помогли взвесить багаж перед вылетом. Внутри отеля просто все блестит от чистоты! Убирались каждый день, халаты, тапочки, все средства личной гигиены. Причём, все средства с невероятно вкусным запахом. Лосьон для тела - любовь! Много локаций, где можно сфоткаться)) на первом этаже диффузор с космическим запахом. За бассейном ухаживают, следят за температурой. Обязательно приедем ещё! 10 из 10, честно!!!

Otel konum olarak çok iyiydi. Heryere ulaşım noktasında merkez noktada. Kahvaltılı kaldık. Kahvaltıda hizmet edenler oldukça ilgili idi. Odalar temizdi.
