Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for.
Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits.
I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff.

عدم وجود فعاليات للاطفال ولا غرفة العاب للاطفال وعم السماح بدخول الاطفال بركة السباحه .. دخول الشمس صباحا فالغرفه اثناء النوم مع عدم وجود عازل للشمس والسرير غير مريح

Some of the staff were friendly, mainly the maid service and the pool and spa areas. Reception wasn’t too great and check in was messy which was a shame as we got in at 2am and just wanted to sleep. Concierge were not very friendly. Tonny on reception was great though. Pool was gorgeous and so was the spa area. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on restaurants. There seemed to be an air towards the hotel catering to the richer clients which made us feel a little out of place

The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were absolutely amazing. Our suite was incredibly beautiful!! Love this property!!

I really had a great time, everything was maintained on very high level. The view was spectacular especially at night time. I enjoyed my stay especially upgrade which was made because of vip access. Thank you so much for that experience which made my stay unforgettable.

I recently had an amazing stay at the Mondrian Hotel! The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I stepped in until the end. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, went above and beyond, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's stylish design and attention to detail, along with the Lusail city view from my room, made it a true masterpiece. Conveniently located with easy access to key attractions, Mondrian Hotel has become one of my top choices for accommodation. I highly recommend it for a top-notch hospitality experience. Can't wait for my next visit!

it's a Excellent five star hotel, all staff in all departments are friendly, helpful
I enjoyed it so much
The location is very good do not say excellent, you need Uber, Doha is very small and transportation in Uber is not expensive, and also very fast access to anywhere you want
A one-minute walk from the hotel there is a mall with many restaurants and shops, especially Pierre Hermier, the famous chocolate shop in Paris. In addition to a supermarket, a very luxurious multi-storey store, in addition to some luxury brands.
It is supposed to find a hole between the hotel and the mall,
Also, going to the center of Doha requires you to turn a long distance
The hotel management is supposed to communicate with the competent authorities to open a closer road, and this is possible theoretically and practically
