Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. Overall stay was good . Food was average for breakfast menu. Room service was slow and can be improved. Amenities was average.

My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this place. The hotel is severely lacking in cleanliness, with dirty rooms and public areas that are completely unacceptable. Moreover, the place is utterly unsafe, making it an uncomfortable and worrying environment. The most shocking incident was when a security guard barged into my room without any reason or prior warning, which is both illegal and a blatant violation of privacy. To make matters worse, he stole a large amount of money from me and my friends. When I reported the issue to the manager and threatened to call the police, he merely offered a weak and unconvincing apology without taking any serious action. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of a proper security system to ensure the safety of guests. I was left fearing that my room could be invaded again at any time. This hotel is entirely unsafe and fails to meet even the basic standards of hospitality. Based on this disastrous experience, I strongly advise against staying here, even if the prices seem low. Safety, respect, and cleanliness are fundamental for any accommodation, and this hotel does not provide any of these. Look elsewhere to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.

الخدمة جيدا والمكان نضيف جدا ويوجد موظفين جيدين احدهم Arijit وموقعهو جدا مناسب تقريبا في سنتر الدوحة ويطل على الخليج ويوجد ميترو قريب منو وايضا الكورنيش والمسرح الوطني والحجر بهي بسهولة لاتوجد تلفازات داخل الغرف ويوجد خدمة التكسي لتوصيل الزبائن

Fantastic accommodation, thoughtfully designed hotel. We stayed in a deluxe family suite which is a very cozy and very clean and fully equipped kitchen ( dishes, cutlery, cups, saucepan) and the bathroom has a bathtub and miniatures shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush,etc ) , also the accommodation has a washing machine as well. Welcoming Qatari coffee,dates and cold juice was a great refresh after a day out .Rooms were done and cleaned daily by the fantastic cleaners Samjana and Mina. Accommodation has a great location.A lovely swimming pool which the kids appreciated. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants and other shops ( barbers, bakery, laundry,etc) are very close by. There is free parking . We would like to thank everyone in the accommodation who made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to Sherwood, Allaudin, Bushra, Riyas, Aliane,Bhakta, Daniel, Jamshid.

Great  location  in middle of doha,really pleasant  and clean room and but the one thing that makes this such a good place to stay ,are the hotel staff.  All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice specially front office staff Ms.Anges Looking forward to visiting again  in swiss bel doha hotel and having a great experience . 🤩🤩🙏

I am with please want to leave positive review for this hotel. Very good location concerning with the beach, malls, main roads. Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

This hotel is really such a good hotel. I love even I just book to wait to airport but it's really nice.
