The location of the hotel is superb. The main door is at Nan Song Yu Jie. Walking distance to Qing He Fang and Wu Shan Guang Chang, which is the most happening square in the city. There's a 24-hour convenient mart just outside of the hotel. The rooms were nice and cosy, just enough space for 2 ppl to open our luggage on the floor. However, the wifi was not that strong in the room, we needed to use our own Internet roaming. Besides, their pipping might not be so good, as the bathroom of one of our rooms was quite smelly. We requested to change the room, and they agreed immediately as well. The service of their staff are splendid, they are very helpful and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions about Alipay, DiDi, travel plans, etc. Specifically Mr. Wang (Mr. 王有为), he helped us arrange our one-day trip to Yi Wu and our transport to Su Zhou. He also recommended us some restaurants that the locals themselves would go. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hao. It is very convenient. We have been assigned to Room 67 under Mo Mo De Jia (默默的家)! How lucky to have such a helpful and kind owner and we truly felt the hospitality! We arrived at WuZhen at 1am (due to flight delay and long journey) and our owner still helped us with luggages in her sleepwear (we felt so sorry). Mrs owner always check on us and we felt like home. They prepared us delicious wholesome breakfast and also helped us in booking the following day's Morning Tea 早茶客 session. All the people there were so kind and one of my best experiences in China is the one in Wuzhen. The ancient town is so beautiful, enchanting and peaceful with kind people around us. Nice riverside view from our room too! Oh ya, the hair dryer in our room was awesome!

The hotel is of superb location, subway station right in front, a huge shopping mall across the road, 15 mins walk to the lake passing by the night market. We stayed in a tatami room on 5th floor, double window there’s hardly any noise from the street. The room is well designed and spacious. Cleaning standard is good. The amenities are of good quality.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

Excellent hotel to book if you are travelling late. Our flight from Zhengzhou got delayed and ended up reaching Hangzhou at 2am. It was a 10 minutes walk from T3 to T4 and the hotel is very comfortable. The front door was not sound proof hence could hear people talking outside. The staff was good and spoke good English. The breakfast was very good having continental options.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West Lake East Hangzhou and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect spot, right next to a metro station, making it super easy to get around. It's also close to beautiful spots like West Lake and Lingyin Temple, which are just a short trip away. The rooms are really spacious, bed size are bigger than usual. Plus, they're super comfy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Hangzhou.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Ren He Hotel. Large and spacious rooms for 4 adults overlooking Xi Lake and nearby many popular food spots and stores in a very busy tourist area. Breakfast buffet was high quality with many options. Staff were friendly and hospitable and helped us with where to explore in the area. High recommend and would book again if we ever visit Hangzhou. 👍

A very picturesque view out of our room. Hotel staff have been exceptionally attentive. From the second they notice you were heading towards the front entrance, one guy held the door opened while another helped to take our luggages in. The 360 rotating restaurant was definitely the highlight of our stay! The breakfast buffet was interesting and full of options. We loved every part of our stay at the Friendship Hotel Hangzhou. Everything came with a little personal touch. Location is perfect. Highly recommended! Hangzhou was one of the most scenic places we’d visited in China. The West Lake presented a different kind of beautiful at night. You must try the boat ride across the lake! You will not be disappointed!

The room is extremely good, and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The amenities are great, and the room has smart features - electric toilet, mobile phone charging station, etc. Location is very good and hotel is near the Qian Hefang street, West Lake, and shopping places. Plenty of food places nearby too. There is free laundry service and free supper at 9pm. Service is excellent! I’ll give this place more than 5 stars , highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we had ever stayed in China, we were welcomed with free drinks and fresh fruits upon arrival.Room was spacious and clean,amenities in the room were perfect,Staffs at the front desk are friendly and helpful whenever we needed information about using the public transportation and payment methods for travelers in China. Location is also amazing as subway station is right at the footsteps of the hotel,nothing more I could ask for! It was brilliant! Highly recommended for those who need a relaxing and comfy staycation!

The bed was very comfortable, the room in general was very neat as well as all the different facilities that i used, like the lobby and breakfast restaurant. The restaurant next to me is great, and my friends 。by land world hotel The hotel has been renovated this year, and I like it very much.And the gym. I often exercise in the gym.I like the fact that the hotel has Syrian chefs to cook Muslim food.My beautiful friend Reina helped me a lot, helped me take a taxi and helped me operate the machine. Thank you Reina. I hope to see her again next time.

We liked everything, hotel is located in city centre, so you can easily walk to Binwang, Sultan etc places

The matter of the air conditioner last time has also been solved by the hotel manager with an apology, and I checked in this hotel again today because the service is really good. I had a fantastic stay at Aishang Baide Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The service was exceptional, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

Hotel was clean and efficient, very popular amongst travellers going to Yiwu market. Across the street from the famous Sultan turkish restaurant, location is ideal. Stayed 3 days and except the dryer laundry did not dry very much, everything else was fine.

This is best hotel I’ve stayed in China, very clean and beautiful, room is nice, breakfast is very good also for Europe and Russian people. Also hotel have washing machine. Location is good too. All Staff is very good, Laney and Dennis is very nice, they did upgrade room and give hight floor as we ask, and also gave small present when we check out. Thank you very much for everything ✨🤗
