أولاً أحب أشكر الموظف Tisvya على اهتمامه من لحظة الوصول إبى الخروج دايماً خدمته تفوق التوقعات، خدمة الغرف كانت ممتازة والعائلة استمتعت في الإقامة يعتبر فندق كمبنسكي خيارنا الأول دائما والشكر موصول إلى المديرة ساريه غريب على اهتمامها وكام شرف لي لحظة لقائها والتحدث معاها❤️ كما أشكر الموظفتان vina & ginelyn من مقهى cafe murano على اهتمامهم بضيوفي حيث كان لدي ضيوف واستمتعنا بالجلسة على اطلالة المسيح والخدمة كانت كمتازة من قِبل الموظفات في المقهى كما إن كانت تلبية الطلبات سريعه

إقامة جد ممتعة ,حسن الاستقبال و الضيافة ،أود أن أشكر مديرة الإستقبال هاجر على حسن التعامل ، إنسانة راقية و عملية ، الشكر التام لطاقم الاستقبال و خدمة الغرف. الفندق كان تحت الصيانة و كان في شوي إزعاج الصبح باكر لكن هاجر ماقصرت وقدمت لنا إفطار كإعتذار. راجعين عن قريب عشان الغرف الجديدة ،الشكر التام لعمال السان تريجس

I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax. I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. كانت اقامه جدا ممتعه بفندق البدع بسوق واقف والموظفين وايد كانوا خدومين وماقصروا معاي من كل النواحي الموظفين اللي بالاستقبال تعاملهم من اروح ما يكون والاخ سعد يعطيه العافيه ماقصر معانا شكرا على كل شي انصح بالسكن في هذا الفندق وعموم فنادق شوق واقف شكرا

Dinner at mosaic and mandarin lounge I would like to say thank you for the team for incredible hospitality , shout out to Sarah and ajeng especially they were so great and friendly to the guest , is not my first time to visit mandarin and never feel bored to experience here , least but not last thank you mandarin u guys doing great 😊
