Hotel 5-Bintang di Beijing, China

This is a new hotel opened in 2024. The design is very cosy and very up class for this price paid. Located just 5 minutes away from Beijing Daxing airport, will be no problem taking graveyard hours as hotel provide 24hrs shuttle on demand. Staff are very helpful as they gave us connecting rooms at the top floor as we booked 2 rooms. Mini bar also provides with 1 coke, 1 sprite and 1 soda. 4 mineral waters and even supper coupons are given that to be used from 10pm to 12am. The room design though very classy, some designs a little odd but gotta make do with it. Checking out is a breeze and though we missed the shuttle, the staff used their large MPV to drive us personally to the airport. It can fit 5 pax and 5 luggages with no issues. All in all, am happy with the stay and it definitely met 5 stars service.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perjalanan ini Saya agak bimbang apabila saya melihat ulasan negatif sebelum ini, tetapi penginapan saya kali ini sangat baik. Susun atur bilik adalah sangat atmosfera, setiap sudut sangat bersih (saya seorang yang mempunyai sedikit mysophobia), dan ia berasa sangat selesa. Pemandangannya cantik, dan saya nampak Avenue of Stars Suka👍. Terima kasih kepada kakak cantik Yang Xu Elly di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan kualiti perkhidmatannya melebihi 100 mata. Kerana saya menaiki kereta api laju ke Beijing, saya dan keluarga tiba di hotel pada awal pagi selepas lebih 11 jam menaiki kereta api laju dan memasuki taman pada sebelah petang, kami ingin mendapatkan bilik dan. berehat dahulu (sebenarnya, kami tahu kami tidak boleh mendaftar masuk sehingga petang, dan ia adalah mustahil walaupun di hotel kami dapat mengatur bilik begitu awal, tetapi Elly masih mencuba sedaya upaya untuk mencari bilik yang sesuai untuk kami . Sudah tentu, kami perlu membayar lebih sedikit, tetapi kami boleh menaik taraf dan lokasi dan tingkat bilik adalah sangat baik, dan nisbah prestasi harga sangat tinggi. Hotel was spectacular. Very luxurious and clean. Everything works magnificently. staff were really polite and helpful. Especially Shirley, vivi, lvan and Bob. Special mention to Mia, who attended to all my parcels keeping them safe. Would love to come back again

We stayed 6 nights in executive room, and we loved it. The room wasn’t as spacious as we hoped but the hotel make it better when they cater for all our needs like additional fan because winter time the A/C is heating by default and the cold didn’t come through the winter more than we needed. The room come with the access to lounge which serve breakfast, tea time and happy hour with great selection of food (enough for us!) and it has better ambience than the level 2 breakfast restaurant (we were not impressed). The staff at the lounge were extremely nice and helpful, Luna and her colleagues whom I didn’t take down names until my last day have been so kind and helpful to us, including helping us to book the Tiananmen visit as we mistakenly assume having a forbidden city tour means include Tiananmen. This stay is exceptional because of the executive access. We really love it. The location is extremely great, we can walk to forbidden city and Jingshanpark and it is just along Wangfujing. Nearest metro station is Jingyu Hutong 金鱼胡同 （8th line) and 灯市口 (5th line) ❤️❤️ thank you so much for your hospitality.

Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Metro Line 4. Ia boleh dikunjungi dalam 4 hentian kereta api bawah tanah dari Stesen Kereta Api Beijing South. Terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang besar hanya dalam jarak beberapa minit berjalan kaki. Ia hanya sepuluh minit pemanduan dari Kota Larangan, Lorong Dongjiaomin, Kuil Baita dan tarikan lain, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk bersiar-siar. Bilik-bilik hotel adalah reka bentuk moden dan sangat bersih. Kakitangannya ramah dan bersemangat. Saya ingin memberikan apresiasi istimewa kepada pasukan Xiao Shen di kaunter penerimaan tetamu atas perkhidmatan mereka. Sarapan di hotel adalah pada bahagian yang lebih ringan, tetapi rasanya sangat mesra. Hotel ini sesuai untuk tetamu yang melancong ke Beijing atau dalam perjalanan perniagaan. Saya tidak sabar-sabar untuk tinggal di rumahnya lagi lain kali saya pergi ke Beijing.

Kelebihan hotel adalah lokasinya Ia terletak berhampiran Wangfujing, menjadikannya mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana. Kelemahan: Keseluruhan kemudahan adalah lama, TV tidak boleh memancarkan skrin, langsir manual, pengering rambut juga kuno, dan bilik tidak seluas yang diharapkan. Agak tertekan. Sarapan pagi tidak cukup kaya, dan saya tidak dapat mencari semangkuk bubur, tetapi ada tauhu dadih, yang diterima dengan baik. Kelebihan: Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik! ! Sebelum check in, semua keperluan bilik yang dinyatakan dalam teguran telah dipenuhi, tenang, tidak perlu bilik ekor, tingkat tinggi, tidak boleh merokok jarang. Saya menginap di bilik pemandangan CBD dan melihat pemandangan matahari terbit, yang sangat dipuji. + A free bus (or buses) runs between T2, Т3 and hotel every 30 min (13 min from terminal to hotel) The biggest bed I've ever seen in a hotel. It was a great solution (family room) Fast check in - We didn't have time to notice the disadvantages

We love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

Hotel decor feels oriental and traditional. Just a short walk into the Gubei town to watch the drone show at night. Clean and big rooms, breakfast spread was great too.
