Very good experience and comfortable stay👏,the counter service is very good. Not much noise for us, we are able to have good sleep, they help clean room daily if you hang the clean room card at door handle. We have many small request they have help us manage them, they make sure we have a good stay, glad that we have book this hotel first time travelling to Suzhou ❤️❤️! Will visit again!

This place is in a superb location, everything at the doorstep from metro to shopping and places to eat. What makes it even better is the affordable price, staff were helpful and theres an awesome wee delivery robot. My room was slightly tired and the corridors need upgrading but overall for the price and location its perfect.

Terdapat tempat untuk makan dan belajar, serta meja biliard untuk minum, permainan biliard percuma dan piano, yang sangat mengagumkan. Saya tinggal di bilik katil double dengan bilik mandi peribadi, ia tidak terlalu bising pada waktu malam tengah malam dan bercakap kuat-kuat seperti dahulu ketika menginap di hotel. Terdapat cermin besar di pintu, saya sangat menyukainya! Terdapat banyak tempat untuk makan dan melawat berdekatan, kira-kira sepuluh minit berjalan kaki dari Deji, dan Hanxuechang Fried Chicken sangat dekat Terdapat juga banyak pasar raya besar berdekatan, dan juga sangat pantas untuk menaiki teksi ke tempat-tempat yang indah. Kemudahan itu diberikan empat mata kerana saya merasakan bahawa berus gigi pakai buang tidak begitu mudah digunakan, syampu saiz perjalanan hanya sederhana, dan saya tidak boleh mengulas tentang gel mandian kerana saya menggunakannya sendiri, tetapi secara keseluruhannya OK.

The hotel has a great location, as it is within walking distance from several scenic spots, including the Bao’en Temple, the Humble Administrator’s Garden, the Lion Grove Garden, as well as various museums. The Suzhou Train Station is ~20 minutes away walking. Check-in was really efficient, there’s an elevator and all the stairs have ramps for suit cases, although they are a bit steep for wheelchair users, but this is on floors 2 and above. Despite the hallway rugs being dirty, the inside of the room was clean and smelled like it too. At your arrival there’s 2 water bottles, and everyday they replace them when they clean your room (or if you are there and don’t want it cleaned, they still offer you the water).

We really enjoyed our stay at Wanhe River View Inn! Even before checking in, we received plenty of information via WeChat on how to get there and about places to see and where to eat nearby. Location is super convenient, only a five minute walk to Shantang Street and a 10 minute bike ride towards Humble Administrator’s Garden/ Pingjiang Road. The room was so beautiful and clean and we absolutely loved the sitting area at the window! We didn’t book the room for the TV experience but loved the feature so much after all! Special Thanks to the nice guy at the reception who was so helpful every time we encountered him! From the warm welcome to bringing our luggage to the car when we left, customer service was outstanding!

The hotel is in a convenient location as nearest metro station has another underground entrance just right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very new and clean. The room furnish/decoration is modern and minimalist. The hotel staffs at lobby were helpful as they served the customers hot tea while waiting for taxi as it was raining full day when we arrived. I like that the mirror has the feature for light adjustment.

Very near to the metro station but is hidden at the corner and is the back alley which is very messy, like under renovation, better walk over the whole building to go to the lobby. The headboard and telephone are full of dust. As it is facing the roadside so there is some noise during morning and night time, but won't affect sleeping quality.

Amazing experience at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and kind, and they were very helpful when we asked for recommendations for food and events nearby. We chatted for a bit and they gave great advice for where to go for new year's! They even upgraded us to a nicer and larger room, which had nice light. There's even a convenience store and subway stations nearby, making it convenient to travel from there. Would 100% recommend, would book again!

I would rate this as 5 star hostel! The best hostel I've had stay ever! Check in process was very smooth, friendly, responsive and helpful staff! They provided almost everything, a bottle of water will be put beside your bed everyday, highly recommended to everyone who travel to Suzhou! Will definitely be back again! Not forget to mention, the hostel located at 11th floor and you're able to see nice view of suzhou

We are very pleased by our staying at Guyunfeng. The hostess were so helpful, nice and polite. They were the highlight of our stay making us very comfortable. We got sweets, tea by the river, great experience. Zero noise in the room. The location was premium, the room was very clean and the hotel architecture offered a local Chinese experience. Highly recommended!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

I visited this hotel for the first time , the hotel has very good service and good room , the reception helped me for early check-in without any problem . A bit walking for the metro station , nearby the city centre

南京南站旁邊喜馬拉雅的酒店，過來走一會就到了。附近有商場，吃飯購物都很方便。價格來説，不貴。入住的環境舒適，感覺不錯。

The room is too small and the floor was shaking under my feet ,but the place is ok

Cleaning service should be improved. When you arrive in the room it is clear that they do not deep clean between one client and the other, cause the floors are not clean, there is dust, spider webs and there is heavy dirt in the corners of the room and behind the bathroom. Prp: the bed of the room I got was very comfy and soft. The room had a closet to store my clothes, and a big desk that was very convenient for me. The area around the building is very lively with a lot of restaurants and it's quite near the subway and train station (walking distance around 10-15 min). Cons:They should decide if they want you to provide an apartment or hotel service, they are not very clear what their aim is since they don't provide hotel service for short stays (like daily cleaning, they only take the rubbish but don't cleam bathroom and floors) but not even apartment service for longer stays (such as dish soap or a pot to cook, or things to clean the apartment on your own). They provide kitchen and washing machine with no cleaning products or kitchen appliances, not even soap to wash the mugs they provide (that were dirty). The people who work at the reception are friendly but completely disorganised. The first day I was locked out three times from my room cause they could not provide me with a proper keycode and finally gave me a key which I had to sit on the floor to open each time cause it was the emergency key of the electronic dial thing that there is on the door. One day I came back and the cleaning lady took out my electricity card even if I had food in the fridge that could have gone bad. They said that I should not use electricity and the A/C too much otherwise I should have paid more. They never stated this nor on the website or in person. After not providing me with good service, theh repeatedly asked me to give them good reviews and send them a screenshot of a 5 stars review, instead of asking me how to improve their service. Overall, when I booked the price was worth it but I would not book it again now that the price is more expensive.

到南京來考試，住進了這家酒店，一進門前台小姐姐很熱情主動的問好，一下子就給人留下了好印象，就好像有一種家的感覺。 入住到了房間，乾淨整潔，明亮，一下子給人好有很好的心情，設施配套也很到位，關鍵價格也適中。 交通也很便利，出門就是3號線，遊玩起來超方便，周邊全是景點，總統府，紫金山，夫子廟等等。 酒店的早餐超好吃有玉米、燒賣、油條，肉包、還有很多，總之多種多樣。那個赤豆元宵特好吃。還有免費停車哦！

i love it ! although its abit small but its enough for me to sleep alone. theres free snacks and also water bottle which u can tske how many you want. its perfect. Just the sound proof is not that good. other than that everything its fine. the stuff isgood too.

The hotel is well placed with metro nearby and easy to find. Good place to stay, but there is too much stuff everywhere so it doesn'tseem very clean. Defaults : the smell of cigarette because doors are always open, sometimes it's very smelly. And some girls let all there stuff in front of other girl's lockroom so a bit annoying.

Me as a foreigner had an awesome experience in this hotel. It was clean, charming, near the airport and beautiful room and washrooms. The staff was very friendly with me. Excellent pick and drop service.

New and clean and at the heart of activities in Ningbo City. Very much liked the atomosphere and extended my stay:）

About 10-12mins walk from Exit 4 of Sanyang Plaza metro, Orient Plaza exit. There are many exits, probably over 20. This is a very central metro station. Buy a day pass for unlimited travel from the metro at any railway station or airport. 1 day at 12yuan, 2 days at 22 yuan or 3 days at 30 yuan. Very economical and easy way to travel by metro in Wuxi. You can't buy this card from other metro stations, including Sanyang Plaza. The hotel is old but clean with a lift. Room facilities are good enough. The toilet seat can be heated for cold weather and comes with water jet for personal hygiene. Bathroom and toilet separated by a curtain, which was effective for keeping the toilet dry. Slippers provided in bathroom which was useful. Hooks on door to put your clothes when using the bathroom/toilet. Towels changed daily. Simple Chinese buffet breakfast. Ample street food choices nearby at reasonable prices.

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay in Wuxi during my recent trip to China. The location is strategic, being not too far from Suzhou train station and close to a public bus station, making it convenient for travel. The accommodation was clean and neat, providing a comfortable stay. What stood out to me the most was the exceptional service from the host and staff. I forgot to bring my international converter, and they went above and beyond to help me find a new one. Their assistance was greatly appreciated, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Wuxi.

地理位置優越，南長街、南禪寺、熙盛源都近在咫尺，又是新裝修不久的，所以就來體驗如家了。 這是更經濟、更便捷、更簡潔的酒店了。 房間空間是比較小的，基本就是容納一個床吧，有窗户，但不大。衞生三分離，新裝修的所以看起來乾淨。設施比起全季要簡單一些，包括備品的選擇。 服務佳，晚上找不到停車位，服務員特意冒雨給我們找另外的停車場，抬桿。一樓有冰櫃可以存放小籠包。早、晚的服務員都笑臉相迎。 為了夜遊南長街之後少一些舟車勞頓，也為了第二天一早的熙盛源早餐，選擇這裏睡一晚還可以。

店房間雖然面積不大，但衞生方面真的好，沒有一絲異味！傢俱不多，但很清爽，前台服務人員更是值得稱讚，他們態度親切熱情，總是面帶微笑，無論是辦理入住手續還是諮詢周邊景點，都能得到耐心細緻的解答和幫助。酒店的位置也非常優越，出門就是公交站，附近還有地鐵站，去景點或者購物中心都非常方便。此外，酒店周邊的餐飲選擇也很豐富，無論是品嚐當地特色美食還是享受國際料理，都能輕鬆滿足。綜上所述，我對這家酒店給予五星好評，無論是衞生、服務還是位置，都讓我感到非常滿意，強烈推薦給即將出行的朋友們！

酒店環境很好，進入客房通道時還有圖書角，有自助洗衣房，前台服務也很熱情，房間寬敞明亮，地面乾淨整潔，枕頭是一個軟枕一個硬枕，硬枕和床都是記憶棉的很舒服，相對這附近周圍其他酒店，價格便宜，性價比高

和朋友一起住青旅的時候彷彿回到了大學宿舍哈哈，這家青旅私密性也做的很好，衹要同住的人素質不低下完全不會被打擾到，也提供放東西的櫃子，還是密碼鎖，好評！之前住的一些地方就沒有這種櫃子，總擔心會丟失東西。公共區域被佈置的很温馨，可能是聖誕節佈置的，還有很多聖誕元素。衞生做的也很到位，屋裡沒有什麼奇怪的味道。店主應該是個年輕的小姐姐，打電話詢問的時候聲音很温柔，也很有耐心。希望生意興隆！

這次出差預訂了這家民宿，距離無錫東站非常近，交通很方便，店家的指引也很及時。入住這兩天我的房間有打掃衞生物資補充或者是其他需求店家也是第一時間響應的，覺得出差在外能有一個像家一樣温馨的住處還是挺開心的，最最最重要的就是價格公道且便宜發票也能開的及時正規

很不錯，乾淨衞生，服務賓至如歸，性價比高。出門就是公交站，旁邊有小吃街，小吃街種類豐富，價格便宜，有江陰特色。總體很安靜，窗外景色很開闊。早飯種類豐富且特別好吃，棒棒噠！
