Worst service you will ever have. We asks for a manager to assist us and requesting for consideration as we book to meet up with friends. They didn't allow us to come up in the room. As per the guy that talk to us. His name is Tony and seems his approach to us is more than a hotel security and he react all the time during the conversation instead of responding. His rude also the way he talk to us maybe because we're Asian that's why he doesn't even show any professional approach and instead of explaining nicely. His trying to show that we don't know anything. And telling us that all the rules is written on the paper that sign of our friends that come first to the hotel and insisting that, we should go through the whole thing while our friends are rush to sign in the reception and not being told of the timing. Considering that we booked the hotel through platform and there was none being mentioned that we cannot come up late at night even though, we booked the hotel untill the following day.

The rooms are amazing and spacious, and the food is very good. Be ready to be treated like royalty as the service provided by the staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much for them. Abu, the life guard by the pool side was beyond words. He went above and beyond to look after us. Always made sure we were comfortable and looked after. Mary by the security was super friendly and lovely to speak to. Jane by the pool side was so welcoming and ensured we had the best service. We are definitely returning to this hotel. Ramadhan always made sure we had our drinks and towels, and constantly checked on us. Can't wait to go back..

إقامة جد ممتعة ,حسن الاستقبال و الضيافة ،أود أن أشكر مديرة الإستقبال هاجر على حسن التعامل ، إنسانة راقية و عملية ، الشكر التام لطاقم الاستقبال و خدمة الغرف. الفندق كان تحت الصيانة و كان في شوي إزعاج الصبح باكر لكن هاجر ماقصرت وقدمت لنا إفطار كإعتذار. راجعين عن قريب عشان الغرف الجديدة ،الشكر التام لعمال السان تريجس

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. ‏كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق رائعة جداً وهذا الفندق من أفضل الفنادق التي زرتها في المنطقة والعاملين ودودين جداً والإفطار متنوعة ولذيذ وأيضا موقع الفندق مميز جدا كل المواقع السياحية قريبة و أريد أن اشكر للسيدة رتون على حسن معاملتها وأخلاقها الجميلة 🥰
