立地は全てホテル内で済ませるなら良いのですが、食事や買い物で町に行くならばやや離れているので、タクシー移動は必須でした。 部屋はとてもきれいでセンスのあるインテリアでした。 ランドリーサービスも10時まで出せば当日中に戻ってきたので便利です。 スパを予約したところ、シーズンオフでしばらく使っていないのかフェイシャルの機材が少し埃っぽい匂いがしました。また、気温が20度にも満たない状況で服を脱ぐのに、部屋が寒かったのが残念でした。真夏以外は暖房をつけてもらった方が良いです。 オンシーズンにまた来てみたいです。

Oleh kerana hotel asal dibatalkan tanpa sebab, hotel ini ditempah buat sementara waktu. Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel bagus, biliknya bersih, tetapi beberapa kemudahannya rosak dan tidak diperbaiki, dan ada beberapa pupae serangga yang tergantung di dinding. Semasa saya meninggalkan rumah pada keesokan harinya, saya telah menutup kadnya, tolong bersihkan bilik, tetapi ketika saya kembali ke hotel pada jam 6 petang, saya mendapati bilik itu tidak dibersihkan. Penduduk lain di tingkat yang sama mesti membunyikan loceng pintu yang salah dari semasa ke semasa.

We visited here twice. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. We had breakfast and tried ' banh beo” there was hair and plastic inside. Staffs have informed. However, no oppolozise should be done. After that, the chef called to my room and TRYING TO EXPLAIN that the food was not home-made food. It came from outside ans they didn't check the Quality. What a funny story!!!! I won't never come back. So disappointed

Good hotel. Upgraded room on high floor with great views. 500k per night and it was a large room. I was able to park my motorbike down underneath which was a bonus. When l arrived it was lunchtime for the staff tho the kind lady dropped what she was doing and checked me in straight away without a prior booking. Happy staff.

We all the best time here, welcomed and looked after by a group of staff who treated us like family for the entire length if our stay, cooked our food every day to take to work with us. Rooms cleaned daily and a great generally great place to stay, perfect location, evrrything you need is within walking distance. The phong nha national park only a half an hour drive away which can be sorted out by the staff here for you. You will not be dissapointed with a stay at the nam long, if you are looking for a homely loving place to stay this is the place to be, with staff who go above and beyond Thank you once again to everyone at nam long for the most pleasent stay.

Khách sạn có thiết kế rất ấn tượng mang lại cảm giác dễ chịu, đậm chất Phương tây. Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, luôn vui vẻ giúp đỡ nhóm mình rất nhiều. Nhóm mình ở 4 người thuê 2 phong của khách sạn, phòng mới và rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Phòng mình ở rong 35m2 view biển thoáng mát và rất đẹp. Ở đây chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 500m là tới biển thực sự rất tiện hoặc có the su dụng xe điện, cũng gần trung tâm thành phố nữa. Ngoài ra khách sạn còn có phòng ăn tầng trên cao nên có thể ngắm nhìn toàn Đồng hới. Đây là khách sạn 3 sao nhưng về dịch vụ mình thấy xứng đáng 4 sao. Nếu có dịp quay lại Đông hới mình vẫn sẽ chọn Riverside Hotel
