Hotel Mesra keluarga di Dongguan

Kemudahan: Kemudahannya lengkap. Terdapat ketuhar gelombang mikro, dapur elektrik, dan beberapa pinggan mangkuk ringkas dan periuk mi segera di dalam bilik. Terdapat gim yang bagus, dan mesin basuh layan diri pengering. Kebersihan: Kebersihan perlu dipertingkatkan. Apabila saya mendaftar masuk pada malam pertama, saya tertidur dengan beberapa sel tambahan di lengan saya. Persekitaran: Di Dalang, terdapat tempat makan dan minum berdekatan, dan terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah. Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatan okey. Terdapat bas ulang-alik percuma ke Huawei, jadi sekumpulan orang berkaitan Huawei tinggal di sini. Lif sibuk semasa sarapan pagi dan waktu bekerja. Tiada robot penghantaran makanan boleh memasuki tangga.

Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

一般情況不給差評，但是這個五星級酒店實在不行。走廊牆紙脱了不少，天黑不開燈，包括電梯間，走路黑漆漆的，有點恐怖，提醒前台才開燈。房間比較大，周邊環境也不錯，就是傢俱設施比較陳舊，傢俱脱皮，衞生間特別臟，牆磚縫隙全是污垢，有點噁心，洗手盆下面瓷片還有裝修留下的灰，實在是對不起五星標準。介意的千萬不要定。第三張照片是衞生間瓷片縫隙沒有污垢的，衹有右上角一點點面積是這樣，其他都是有的，可以對比一下就清楚了。

Great Hotel in a good location in Nancheng Dongguan, would recommend

Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

這兩天考試，辦入住收到這杯貼心的薑茶，好感動。最重要的是，這邊白天晚上都很安靜，看書和睡覺都不會被打擾，點贊！ 衞生也做得很好，雖然硬件有點久了，但很整潔。ps：退房的時候，看到9樓有師傅正在準裝修，看樣子要翻新了，那更推薦了。 不論平時住宿還是考試都很推薦，離南城學校不遠，走路十幾分鍾，打車幾分鐘。 最後最後，終於考完了，祝大家金磅題名！

We had to catch an early morning train. And this Hotel was not too far from the High speed train station. The staff at the hotel were especially helpful and went out of their way to help me. I am aftaid I do not remember her name as I would like to recommend her.

Very nice hotel for business travelers. Super clean with plenty of amenities. Restaurants on location.

Had a great stay, arrived early and the staff helped to check in as the hotel was fully booked the day before the staff offered an free upgrade for our suite and we had a great time!!! Very friendly and helpful staff, planning to visit again!
