A Wonderful Stay Yet Again at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen This was my 5th stay at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen, and once again, it did not disappoint. The service was consistently excellent – the hoteliers were warm and welcoming as always, and I especially appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the manager, who made me feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. It’s clear that the team puts effort into maintaining high standards both in hospitality and in culinary offerings. Spending 7 nights here was a pleasure, and I look forward to returning again soon.

The hotel is nice. There is a supermarket near it, so it was easy to get stuff. It also has a nice view. The bed are clean and the bathroom was good. During the end of our stay we started to smell smoke like there was a fire. Overall nice place.

This is the second stay here in this period, I am so satisfied with this hotel!

Convenient with eateries and shoppings around the area. Location is alright for my trip, to visit nearby factories via didi. All good. Breakfast is basic though

First, the lobby is not air-conditioned, and Shenzhen is already very hot now. Second, all takeaways and packages are not allowed to be delivered by couriers, robots, or waiters. Third, the hardware is not worthy of a four-star rating, and the price-performance ratio is extremely low. I don’t even expect automatic curtains. They are not curtains, but traditional curtains that pull down, which don’t block the light. Fourth, the service attitude is not good. 1. I thought it was pretty good at first. I was in a hurry and asked them to help deliver my luggage to the room. They did it for me, but it was a mess afterwards. The front desk answered the phone but didn’t solve the problem. I wanted to delay the check-out to make up for the price difference of the hourly room. They told me that there was no hourly room and I had to pay half a day’s room rate. The funniest thing was that they said the price of half a day’s room rate was about the same as Ctrip’s full day room rate, and then they said they would help me delay the check-out by 2 o’clock, but when the call was just connected, I told Ctrip that I had delayed the check-out by 2 o’clock, which was my right. 2. I was sick and had a fever. On the first day, Saturday, the aunt knocked on my door at 10 o'clock and insisted on cleaning. I insisted that I had left the cleaning light on, so I endured it. On the second day, Sunday, at 9:30 am, she knocked on my door again while on the phone, asking for cleaning. I asked, which normal hotel knocks on the guest's door at 9:30 in the morning to clean? I said to the aunt that I did not turn on the cleaning light. The aunt said that they had to confirm whether the light was on or not, and argued with me. I said that the things were placed at the door and did not need to be cleaned. As a result, she opened the door and saw it and asked me if I did not need to clean. It was so funny. There is no worst service, only worse service. I have seen it. Finally, the room is not soundproof. Don't expect quietness. After staying in so many hotels, this one is really the worst value for money I have seen. If it weren't for the fever and lack of strength, I would have canceled the reservation long ago.

The facility is a bit old, but it is located right behind an outlet mall, making it convenient for quick bites and shopping. There is a park nearby.

The house smelled musty and damp! Fortunately, the air conditioner was turned on and it dissipated a little.

The room is a bit small, and the rooms near the highway are a bit noisy. It is next to the street, Yitian Holiday World, where there are places to eat and shop. The location is relatively good. It is quite convenient to go anywhere.

Very cost-effective, suitable for business

Clean and tidy. No smell. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed. Good service.

The front desk clerk was great and helped me solve many problems. It was a great experience. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The surrounding facilities are also very convenient and the price/performance ratio is very high.
