A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

The hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

Beautiful hotel! The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. They just need to improve the breakfast.

想不到豪華酒店竟然在村裡，隔壁都是在建的農民房，而且毫無服務可言，衞生間下水特別慢，出了洗護用品不錯之外，真的一點都不推薦

This property was top notch! I wish everyplace met the standards as this hotel offers. There are three restaurants inside the hotel. One French, one Moroccan and the last Lebanese on the rooftop where there also exist a stunning bar. Plus they had a DJ. The latter was more tapas plates. The food was so good. Our drinks were tasty. We had our laundry serviced while here. It was a bit pricy so discuss cost first if you don’t want any surprises. Our room was large, clean, bed amazing, the bathroom exceptional, it included amenities. We had turn down service in the evening, they left little treats, that always adds to the experience. Check in was smooth as was check out. Parking is covered underground, no issues. There is security upon entry and exit. Local children play futbol on the street leading to the hotel which is nice to see local life. The spa didn’t have two one hour services available last minute. So we missed out there, hopefully next visit we can partake in the spa. They have a hot tub included in the booking for one hour which we didn’t find time to squeeze into our schedule. I am so happy we chose this property for our stay in Fes. Truly it was everything we needed for the perfect end to our time in Morocco.

The hotel is fantastic - beautiful grounds, great restaurants, comfortable and clean rooms, and just a good atmosphere overall. Our stay was made even better with the breakfast included and friend / super helpful staff... shout out to Chaimae who offered such good service. We recommend this place to all travellers!

We stayed in this hotel for only one night, but I wish it had been longer. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so accommodating. In particular, we wanted to have dinner and were approached by Ahmed in the restaurant. He seated us and proceeded to offer us food from any of the restaurants. He was so helpful with the ordering of the food and the wine and made our evening extra special. Also Samira at breakfast and Chaimae at checkout were extra pleasant and helpful. The entire stay was better because of the staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff especially Yassine who was very nice to us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely fabulous hotel worthy of 5 stars. Giant bathroom with rain shower and hand held, and separate w/c. Rooms were spacious and modern and with turn down service. Hotel is chic and modern and the French restaurant had excellent food. The bar and outdoor terrace had stunning views. Pricey drinks and ridiculously expensive laundry service are my only complaints. A little off the main part of town, it the views are worth it.

I had the best time at this spa. The hosting and guidance of Bajae was very helpful and handy. I would definitely recommend the full hammam treatment - it was amazing. Special thank you to Noura for making this experience so great and comfortable!

Great facial at the spa with Fadua! Used lovely techniques to make me feel relaxed and left my skin glowing! Lovely experience overall at Hotel Sahrai. Similar 5 star hotels in Morocco, offered local snacks in the room each evening, which I think would be a nice touch for hotel Sahrai to add!

The hotel was very nice and they had a beautiful view. i took my family on a ramadan ftour it was very delectable, and the service was really good, especially from Chef Yassine was really professional and helpful. i advice you to visit this hotel
