Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles was man braucht ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Passt alles sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse im 7. Stock auch super und an Getränken gibt's eine große Auswahl zu guten Preisen. Sehr großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter im Hotel. Ich komme gerne wieder

Had a great stay at this Hotel for two nights from Wednesday 21st September, This Hotel is very fresh looking, I believe opened in 2021. A couple of hundred yards from the Central Station. You can see this Hotel directly in front of the Station. Turn left out of the Hotel and a further 5 minutes walk will take you to the pedestrian shopping area. Nice bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Nice breakfast and staff...nothing negative to say about this property. Intercity hotels are a great brand with fair prices. Well done to all staff.

Chose this place primarily for its Gym facilities, and it absolutely delivered on it. On top of that, the place also offered a cool student vibe blended with boutique chic decor and atmosphere. A great value for money at the heart of the old town, right in the middle of all the Christmas market and festivities. LOCATION: Excellent location in the heart of town and right next to the main cathedral and the buzzing pedestrian shopping street. DINE + DRINK: The BASEOLOGY rooftop bar is quite cool to get a pre-drink in the evening, especially around sunset. ROOM: We stayed in Room 570, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Nice lateral views of the main cathedral, and the the Ferris wheel set up for Christmas; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality toiletries. FACILITIES: Very decent Gym with a good range of weights and Cardio machines divided into two levels. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment primarily in GERMAN and very few options in English (primarily News and music!

Wybraliśmy ten hotel jako niskobudżetowy leżący blisko centrum. Nie zawiedliśmy się. Hotel skromny, pokoje małe ale czyste. Recepcja poza jedynym mężczyzna mówi po Polsku, wiec dogadacie się nawet bez języka. Parking mały na ok. 10 aut, ale jeśli nie ma miejsc naprzeciwko ogromny parking piętrowy za 12 EUR za dobę. Do centrum blisko. Śniadania bardzo skromne bez ciepłych dań, ale da się zjeść. Polecam osobom na wypad 1-2 dniowy na zwiedzanie Dortmund lub dla osób przyjeżdżających na mecze. Uwaga. W każdym hotelu w Niemczech aby się zameldować trzeba posiadać kod QR zaszczepienia lub wynik testu PCR.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The lady helped me alot when I was down from health. A nice business hotel in the heart of Dortmund. I have enjoyed my stay for 5 days.

A convenient modern hotel in Unna, 20km East of Dortmund, near to motorways. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is very good, although the coffee is poor. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant with a limited menu. Car parking is 12 Euros a night - easier to pay for a ticket for your stay at reception, rather than using the parking machine outside.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit dessem Größe wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Neben dem großen Doppelbett standen am Eck noch eine Couch und ein Sessel nebst Tischchen. An der Wand hing in sehr großer Flachbild-TV, auf dem sogar SKY-TV kostenlos genutzt werden konnte, ebenso das war das W-Lan inkludiert. Das Bad war zwar etwas beengt, aber gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Das gesamte Haus erschien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein, die Gänge waren im modernenStil gehalten und sprachen mit den Foto-Tapeten mit Aufdrücken von James Dean, Madonna und anderen Stars auch das jüngere Klientel an. Leider gab es nur einen Aufzug, der dem Alter des Gebäudes entsprach aber nicht minder schlecht funktionierte. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr lecker. Gut sortierte Wurstsorten nebst Salami und auch Cornedbeef. Verschiedenste Marmeladen,Schoko-Cremes und einefrische Honig-Wabe standen genau so da wie auch eine gut sortierteReihe an Cerealien mit Frischer Milch, verschedenste Säfte und zwei Caffee-Vollautomaten mit Milch-Caffee, Cappucino, Latte-Machiato und Espresso, aslo für jeden was dabei. Es gab sogar Lachs, der in kleinen Portionen dageboten wurde. Man konnte sich auch frisches Omelett oder Spiegeleier und frischen Speck braten lassen. Brötchen verschiedenster Art, Weizen, Roggen,- und sogar Milch-Brötchen sowie verschiedene Brot-Sorten und Croussons mit oder ohne Schoko-Füllung. Abgerundet wurde das Buffet mit frischem Obst. Man füllte mir bei Abreise sogar meine Thermoskanne mit frischem Filterkaffee für die Heimreise. Ich habe selten ein so reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück in einem Hotel erleben dürfen.

PPengguna TetamuWir hatten über den BVB einen Adrenalin-Trip gebucht und waren hier untergebracht. Es hat alles gepasst. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir haben direkt vom Hotel unsere Tickets bekommen. Das Zimmer war zu dritt mit ausgezogener Schlafcouch schon eng, aber für 2 Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Die Betten waren gemütlich, das Bad sauber und vor allem war das Zimmer im ersten Stock ruhig. Das Frühstück war für ein günstiges Kettenhotel wirklich gut. Es gab vergleichsweise viel Auswahl. Die U-Bahn Station ist quasi direkt vorm Hotel, man kommt also super in die Stadt. Auch abends fuhr die Bahn noch alle 15 Minuten. Auto kann man bequem auf dem Hotel Parkplatz stehen lassen. Also wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

PPengguna TetamuEen vroegtijdige aankomst werd spontaan opgevangen door het vriendelijke personeel en konden wij gelijk in de ruime, schone en moderne kamer. De badkamer was helemaal prima doordat er ook aan de langere mens is gedacht, super. Tips werden door het personeel gedeeld over de stad en 's ochtends een lekker ontbijt dat ook buiten gegeten kon worden. Dit werkte zo relaxed dat de uitchecktijd gemist werd, ook dat is geen issue. Een hotel met de juiste mensen aan boord. Top! Groet N&S

Good location but otherwise tired old hotel, long overdue complete refurbishment. Faded carpets and pictures in the halls. No fridge in standard rooms ”to save the planet,” but apparently, superior room occupants are not so concerned. No safe in rooms. Bathroom with green and gold coloured tiles from the 70's/80's had cracked floor tiles with blackened grout from years of water on the floor. Glasses on request, but they wouldn't deliver to room. Body cream on request was so old that it had liquefied. Rooms are only cleaned on request, and they don't tell you that on the reservation or at check-in. Then chambermaid knocked and opened door without waiting, despite ”DO NOT DISTURB” sign. Very poor breakfast with basic rolls and cheese/ham; allegedly broken toaster miraculously reappeared after two days of complaints but still had to ask for bread. You cannot economically repair an old toaster so it was obvious that the reason why it was withdrawn was to avoid having to put out bread. Scrambled eggs on request but no sausage (is this Germany??), bacon or beans. It's definitely not worth €14. Save money and go to one of the many coffee shops nearby. The so called ”cosy bar” is actually at reception and I never saw anyone there. In 4 nights I only saw 2 other guests at breakfast time, which was not a big surprise. This is a poor excuse for an Accor/ Mercure Hotel. There has to be better value in Dortmund.

PPengguna TetamuBin schon seit Jahren Gast in diesem Hotel, hab mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das hat sich leider geändert. Zimmer sind immer noch okay, aber teilweise schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Frühstück für die Leistung überteuert ! Und der Preis der bei Buchung angezeigt wird ist nicht der Endpreis, kommen noch 10% Beherbergungssteuer dazu! Kann man auch gleich mit angeben ! Parken kostet auch Geld, aber der halbe Parkplatz steht voll mit irgendwelchen Schrottautos ! Wirkt deshalb von außen auch ziemlich ungepflegt. Schade ! PPengguna TetamuIf you think of the scenes in classic UK sitcoms: - Faulty Towers - the scene in inbetweeners where they pull up to the hotel - hotel Bella in the jolly boys outing in OFAH Take a pinch of each and you’ll probably start to picture this hotel. To be fair we booked the shared bathroom option and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of it. I think the cleanliness is the best thing by a country mile here - a credit and shoutout to the cleaners. There’s more than 1 toilet (shower rooms separate) so don’t think ‘god what if I really need to go’ The hotel could do with a major face lift but It’s a really great place to get your head down with no thrills. Close to the central station and city centre with an underground running direct to the football stadium.
