Nice hotel clean and very modern. It’s easy to find and very comfortable.

酒店位置不錯，從多特蒙德火車總站出來過馬路大概步行5分鐘即到，一路過來類似個步行街，商業和餐館都比較多！ 酒店衞生較為乾淨，但是房間設施太少了！衹提供了洗手液和洗髮沐浴一體用品，其餘基本沒有什麼！ 最大的問題酒店有問題，夏天開涼風基本沒什麼作用，還好窗子可以打開，比較涼爽，晚上睡覺床有點太軟了！ 歐洲盃一晚2000➕，太貴太貴了！

歐洲的酒店床都略小，不過設計還行。一定要中餐的人，這裏去找吃的比較方便。這裏去展館也很近。其他就是，看自己對性價比的需求了。

房間有點尿騷味，周邊很方便。很好

The hotel is located in the city center, 5min walk from the train station and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the hotel proximity. The room was modern, very clean and with comfortable bed. The temperature was excellent as well. Big shower cabin with hot water. The breakfast include various type of cheese, meats, salads, eggs and some sweets. The coffe is excellent. Something to prepare a hot tea in the room will be nice. Also please consider to include some fresh fruits for the breakfast (at least apples and bananas).

We stayd there for a football trip. And for this kind of travel, this hotel is enough. The price was because of the champions league game to high. but thats unfortunately common. There is no charm in the hotel, very modern and cold. But everything clean and proper. The rooms are in a good size for this kind of stay. Nothing special. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but nothing to complain too. The people were absolutely kind and nice.

Excellent Stay. Great staff clean rooms very comfy bed, fantastic shower, great location with a good plentiful breakfast.

10 minutes walking distance from the main train station, not many nice restaurants or bars around .. though opera house is just in front ..feels like an old hospital/ admin building turned into a hotel, rooms spread over 7 floors .. rooms simple, clean with comfy beds. No own restaurant .. only a rooftop lounge were breakfast is served - lounge not open the whole time (closes after breakfast till 4:30 pm), hence no place to hang around or work during the day. Breakfast decent. Service (reception) very slow as totally understaffed .. too little services …decent value for money ..

A Radisson hotel that Radisson should be ashamed of. Poor reception. Receptionists spent most of their time outside the front of the hotel smoking and ran in when they finally spotted you waiting at the reception desk. Once they hS attended you they ran back out! Seemed very annoyed to be interrupted using their mobile phones. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. The room is only made up every 3 days. I had to ask at reception for toilet roll! Shower is within the room with no privacy glass and the room is decorated as though for a pre-teen! Sadly the room view didn’t compensate as looking directly into a multi story car park. Tried the roof top bar. Give it a miss. Staff sane attitude as reception and it looked like a staff canteen. As a lady on my travelling to meet family I felt very unsafe entering the hotel and placed my case by the door whilst in the room. In its favour though comfy bed and great central location.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir buchen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in Dortmund sind.

Mooie gerenoveerde kamers met heel goede bedden .liggin ideaal vlak bij parking kerstmarkt en shopping.

schönes Zimmer, tolle Dusche, sehr sauber und schöner Fernseher. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gefehlt hat nur ein Zahnputzbecher. Und ich hätte mir ein weicheres dünneres Kissen gewünscht. Aber sonst war alles sehr gut.

Nett eingerichtetes Hotel im 50er Jahre Style mit modernen Elementen (ehem. Gesundheitsamt) in TOP - Innenstadtlage von Dortmund. Relativ ruhig und trotzdem zentarl gelegen. KLeinere Mankos sind die fehlende Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel (gibt im umfeld aber diverse Parkhäuser) und das Frühstück, wo leider in der Auswahl, sowie beim Service (sehr angagierter, freundlicher, aber vollkommen überforderter MA) noch deutlich Luft nach oben ist. Der Übernachtungspreis war mit knapp 200 € in der Vorweihnachtszeit irgendwie erklärbar, aber nach unserer Meinung trotzdem schon recht happig.
